I wonder whether this could signal that CNN is ready to quit trying to
emulate Fox and get back to news. Probably too much to hope for.
Word is Klein wants to abandon the "entertainment" crap and move back
toward the old CNN. I hope he's serious.
I've not watched Carlson very much, but he strikes me as one who is either
paid off by the ultra-conservatives or simply not too bright. What little
I've seen suggests very little in the way of though process on his part.
When he couldn't figure out the difference between a show on Comedy
Central and CNN, that put him in the "not too bright" category for me...
