Kerry Crescent may sound like a street address, but in New Orleans it
is the name of an activists' group aiming to get John Kerry into the
White House.
This crescent-shaped city has yielded a rich crop of Democratic votes
in recent years, but in much of the state of Louisiana the north-east,
liberal politics of the party's likely nominee for president will not
go down well.
