Bush did jump on releasing oil reserves right away.
Had to save the oil companies before anyone sitting on a rooftop in a
flood.

But the Chimp in Chief doesn't seem to be able to figure out that people
don't gas up with crude oil...

That may help a little, but with so many refineries down, it may not
have much of an impact for a while.
