This service for Visa does exist, however, this email looks suspicious.
To avoid phishers, close the browser in which your email is opened,
open a new browser to your card site, log in and check if they have the
service available.
There are alot of phishing scams going on out there, if you get an
email from any financial institution, close your browser and open your
account page within another browser, if you need to check on your
account, or call your institution.
