OT? Why Christian Evangelicals Are for Bush |
Why Christian evangelicals are for Bush:
1. Satan is incarnate in Islamic terrorism, and is leading them to the
battle of Armageddon.
2. We must have God's favor, to defeat Satan.
3. We cannot have God's favor, if our government sins.
4. Allowing abortion, gay sex, and supporting any other
antir-Christian legislation and court decisions that denies the
sovereignty of God, is sin.
5. The end is near, and our response must be, "bring it on!"
6. There is no point in working toward an earthy future. All efforts
must be turned toward the battle with Satan.
7. Concern for social security, fiscal conservatism, international
relations, education, environment, energy management, etc. is a
distraction sent by Satan.
Others?
And Bush and his managers know evangelicals believe all of the above.
Some of them might believe it, as well.

federal financial windfalls in US history. He's used the "faith-based
charities" program as what is most likely the largest political bribe ever in
our country.

Damn, that sounds so close to what the church I was dragged into as a
child preaches. It's scary to know that they really believe this
tripe.
