To create a custom rule to block Pastor Frank in Outlook Express
Tools > Message Rules > News > New (button on the News Rules dialog)
The 'New News Rule' dialog opens.
In box 1 select 'Where From line contains People'
In box 2 select 'Delete it'
In box 3 click the blue text 'contains people'
A 'Select People' dialog will appear -
Type 'Pastor Frank' (without quotes) and click the add button.
Click the Ok button to close the 'Select People' dialog.
Back in the 'New News Rule' dialog click 'Ok'.
You should have a rule that says:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the From line contains 'Pastor Frank'
Delete it
