Seriously, though, I look at the various media out there and I see scandal
after scandal being uncovered. I was never convinced in the first place,
BTW, by the argumentation the Bush adm. provided for their going to war with
Iraq. Even Afghanistan - what was the purpose? Wasn't it to capture Osama
freaking Laden? So where is he? I seem to remember Bush being asked about
it, and he said something along the lines of it not being important. Not
important - yet the USA invaded a foreign nation over it. Come on!
They are all talk, but they have IMHO screwed up all over. I mean, they even
couldn't handle the Katrina flood. People in New Orleans were left to rot
(literally, in some cases) for what seemed like an eternity. I mean, this is
supposedly the world's resident superpower?

Not exactly. It was to remove the Taliban and al Qaeda and to take him
down a peg. Do you know how long it took to get Radko Mladic, one of the
UN's most-wanted bad guys from Kosovo? (trick question, he's still on

Yep, you've been played BIG TIME. The feds actually performed up to the
standards set for them. People were left to rot, but the problem was
that the state and locals failed miserably to prepare *their* part. Then
the media showed up and made a circus of it and the Blame Bush For
Everything game started. It sure *seemed* like an eternity, what with
the newsies hollering "are we there yet" every five minutes, sorta like
they do with Iraq. I'd sure hate to drive cross-country with one of
them.
... I'll end it here. I get all worked up over this the more I think
about it. :-/

What a joke! Valerie was the only analyst who cold track Iran’s
ambitions? This is the reason I think this was a canary trap. Only a
reporter would be so naive and gullible at the same time! Or are the
VIPerS this dumb? Someone tell me this is just a joke and these people
are not this stupid.
There is no way Valerie was the only person on the planet who could (or
did) review intelligence on Iran! Question is, was it a trap from the
CIA cleaning their house or the VIPerS floating one of their delusional
ideas?
