appointeees with ne experience in disaster managment.

It's meaningless. He's still being told what a good job he's done.
He still has his job with 100% of the benefits he had while bungling
up NOLA. He's only being "redirected" towards _other_ FEMA business.
One can only hope we don't have any more disasters until someone
actually does what _needs_ to be done to this clown's position.
