Here is a relatively new paleontology discussion board.

Covers a wide range of topics, some technical, some for the layman.
Forums include:
Invertebrate Paleontology - Discuss all things spineless
Vertebrate Paleontology - Discuss all things with a spine
There are a number of geological forums and general discussion forums

Depositional Environments -Discuss the environments of fossil
deposition here.
Paleoclimatology - Discuss climates of the past in here.
Paleoenvironments - Discuss paleoenvironments here.
Paleogeography -Discuss previous arrangements of crustal plates here.
Interstingly, there are three forums that center around evolution
Evolution - Discuss evolution here
Evolution vs Board of Education - Discuss here the conflicts/peace made
with school boards on the topics of Evolution and Creation
Other Debates - Post every other religious or political debate in here
The last isn't restricted solely to evolution, but I don't think that
there are too too many other political and religious debates that
surround paleontology out side of that. The issue of just who can call
themself a paleontologist (as opposed to professional fossil collectors
and sellers, would be one).
Please feel free to peruse the board, even to join and discuss some of
the topics there.
Personally, I like how bulletin boards and other forums allow you to
easily exchange relevant files and display images that aid discussion.
