From July 17, 2003

Los Angeles Times.
"Appealing To A Higher Power.
Why we should pray to God for three Supreme Court justices to retire."
"Americans are a patient and law-abiding people. But for too long we
have watched as the justices on the nation's highest court have
legislated from the bench.
"These justices have taken what was to be our nation's road map for the
people -- the U.S. Constitution -- and turned it on its head.
"For more than half a century, the U.S. Supreme Court has acted as a
'super legislature' -- no longer interpreting the Constitution, but
rather writing and proclaiming its own law.
"In 1962, it ruled prayer out of the public schools.
"In 1963, it ruled the Bible out of public schools.
"In 1973, it applied a 'right of privacy' not found in the Constitution
as the basis for opening the door to the slaughter of more than 43
million innocent unborn children.
"Subsequent federal courts ruled that the Ten Commandments were illegal
in schools, that statues of Jesus were illegal in public parks and that
prayers on a map in North Carolina were illegal. They even ruled that
it was illegal for little elementary schoolchildren to give thanks over
their milk and cookies at snack time.
"Now the Supreme Court has declared a constitutional right to
consensual sodomy and by the language in its decision, has opened the
door to homosexual marriages, bigamy, legalized prostitution and even
incest.
"It is time for a change, and many thousands of Americans agree.
"That is why I am calling for a massive prayer offensive -- Operation
Supreme Court Freedom -- to ask God to give us some relief.
"There is a higher tribunal than the United States Supreme Court.
There is the judge of all the earth. We must earnestly come before him
now and cry out for redress of our grievances. He loves our nation as
much as we do, and he does not wish to destroy it.
"But no culture has ever endured that has turned openly to
homosexuality. And no society has ever been spared the wrath of God
that has been guilty of slaughtering tens of millions of the innocent.
"In 1819, a frustrated Thomas Jefferson concluded that the
Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights, had become a 'mere thing
of wax in the hands of the judiciary, which they may twist and shape
into any form they please.'
"In recent decades, the Supreme Court has contorted the Constitution to
mean that the people may not decide for themselves through their duly
elected officials matters of moral and social importance.
"As I have been quoted as saying, one justice is 83 years old, another
has cancer and another has a heart condition. Is it not possible for
God to put it in the minds of these three judges that the time has come
to retire?
"With their retirement and the appointment of conservative judges, a
massive change in federal jurisprudence could take place.
"A growing number of Americans see the Supreme Court for what it truly
is. After all, no matter how much a legislature may debate, negotiate,
compromise and discuss a significant social issue, a mere five-member
un-elected majority of the Supreme Court is always free to impose what
it thinks is really best for the American people.
"This is not a free people at work, but rather a judicial oligarchy of
which Jefferson warned.
"The idea of a 'living Constitution' -- whose heart and breath ends up
being nothing more than the ideological predilections of the Supreme
Court's sitting members -- is contrary to fundamental principles of the
rule of law.
"The time has come for several justices to retire, and I am fervently
praying to that end."
Amen, brother!

The Constitution does not guarantee "separation of church and
state." It only prohibits Congress from making any laws to establish a
state church.
If the Constitution actually said, "Church and state must be
kept separate," then Muslim judges could say that it does not forbid
the establishment of an Islamic state, because Muslims don't worship in
churches. And given the nature of many recent court rulings, I can't
say "that would never happen," if one assumes that it is possible that
a Muslim judge or judges might ever be appointed.
The Founding Fathers assumed that America would remain
Christian, just as Saudi Arabia and other arab states have remained
Muslim. That being the case, they made a bad mistake in supposing
that the country would remain Christian for any particular length of
time. Since the liberty guaranteed by the Constitution and Bill of
Rights is based upon the obviously false idea that the U.S. would
always have a majority of Bible-believing Christians who feared God,
then our liberty apparently is not guaranteed, is it?
There are elements antithetical to Western Civilization who
want to "reform" it out of existence. Since its basis is that there is
a God to whom goverrnment is ultimately responsible, should that
government abrogate the rights of its citizens, getting rid of God is
the best way to promote totalitarianism.
Everybody wants to "interpret" the constitution, but in so
doing, they want to push the Declaration of Independence under the rug,
and pretend that it doesn't say that the rights of man are given by a
Creator. Deny the Creator, and you have successfully ripped off every
American of his "inalienable rights." Neat trick, and no guns are
necessary.
When public officials ban the display of any religious
elements with a Christian theme (while allowing Hanakka displays, etc.)
they are making laws respecting religion and the practice thereof.
After the U.S. falls, then I suppose we'll have to wait
another 6 thousand years until someone else comes up with a good way
for people to govern themselves without creating a government that
thinks it owns them.

Not in USA. We have not even seen a black President or a woman President,
yet. Muslims have representatives in the Parliaments of all European
countries, including UK, where are several muslim Lords, and ministers. US
is an hateful apartheid state which accepts to be governed by the ZioNzis

Non of the decisions mentioned in his harangue are violations of the
constitution.
Roberts doesn't like them because they fail to support his religion and
religious beliefs. Nothing in the
Constitution says that the government must support any religious beliefs.
The United States government and Constitution are based on the "separation

in schools, that statues of Jesus were illegal in public parks and that
prayers on a map in North Carolina were illegal.
