Object: Penta Water
I saw this stuff at my local Krogers for $37.95 per case (of say 12-18
oz bottles or so).
That's right, $37.95!
www.pentawater.com
Check this ***** out.
And this is after I just warned my students about the dangers of DHMO
(and how not to be taken in by hype and BS)!

Yeah, our local Albertsons sells it too. It's complete homeopathic

"Polywater", "Cluster water", and now "Pentawater". It's all nonsense.

I saw the "inventor" of clustered water, Lee Lorenzen, on T.B.N.
with Carl Baugh (mutual admiration society there). What wonderful marks
T.B.N. viewers must be!

* I use quotation marks around the word "inventor here" both because I
don't think it's much of an invention to sell plain water as magic water
(in fact it's probably one of the oldest scams out there) and also
because Lorenzen himself gives credit to God --barely stopping short of
effectively claiming the prior art which would have invalidated the
patent in the first place (saying that he was really just reproducing
what God already did --when God makes magic water such as Lourdes,
etc.-- and that, in all fairness, he actually should have put God in the
patent applications --see
http://makeashorterlink.com/?Y2CE625C5 &
http://makeashorterlink.com/?E4FE315C5).

It is all bad, because this is T.B.N. (http://tbn.org/) I was
talking about (Paul Crouch's religious channel, Trinity Broadcasting
Network). Carl Baugh is a creatioinist nutjob who has a show on T.B.N.
every week (if you've heard of Baugh's hammer or the Paluxy river
tracks, this is the guy). But yes, if you're talking T.B.N., it's pretty
much all bad (if I ever saw the aforementioned program with James Randi
on T.B.N. I'd probably start believing in hell and it would be a very
cold place indeed). Though, from Lorenzen's point of view, it reaches
out to an audience of proven gullible marks so he'd consider it very
good.

What I mean is that it's not all bad because there are other networks

I forgot that you are located in Texas and that he's also located in

And those H20 molecules are all in thermal motion.
"Clusters" must be coming into and out of existence continuously and
randomly - in all water.
People still haven't cottoned on to this basic idea of "atoms".
What hope is there for the world?
I guess all I can do is try to raise my son to think and understand -
but then he has to go out and live in a world where people buy
"pentawater" and read their horoscopes and think Noah's Ark actually
existed.
Sometimes I despair.
