Pentagon Stages Phony Rallies in Iraq and Now AMERICA! |
We all remember the phony rallies that the pentagon staged in Iraq
and how they had to use US tanks to topple statues of Saddam. Now
the pentagon is using taxpayer money to fund, what a surprise, a
pro-war rally to support *THEMSELVES*. Rum-dum crassly calls this
the "America Supports Your Freedom" Walk, which is true, in a sense,
because American taxpayers are being asked to support this rally
involuntarily by footing the bill. The only thing they neglected to
tell the dupes taking part in this propaganda event is that the
cadence of the walk will be goosestepping and the dress code is
brown shirts and arm bands.
What a sickening display of compulsory, stage-managed pseudo-
patriotism. It's too bad that Leni Riefenstahl died a while back,
because otherwise they could get her to produce a film about this,
the same way she did for der Fuhrer.

The lines are getting more and more blurred. Why does the Pentagon have
to subsidize it anyway? Aren't there enough people left who support this
nonsense to finance it on their own?

Because it's a clear conflict of interest which is expropriating tax
payer money undemocratically and using it to stage bogus rallies that
make insulting lies about September 11th.

Yes, largely, because they are just shilling. But don't let that truth
get in the way of your propaganda and lie campaign against reality.

Yeah and those 'spontaneous' demonstrators each always had a nice flag,

kid 'spontaneously' run up to Bush, hand him a bunch or flowers. and say

Yeah and those 'spontaneous' demonstrators each always had a nice

A globalist pity party remebering 9/11 sounds like an excellent idea

The most compelling public memorial I've ever seen is
the Canadian memorial to their fallen U.N. Peacekeepers.
Perhaps this might have some of the same resonance.

Saddam. Now the pentagon is using taxpayer money to fund, what
a surprise, a pro-war rally to support *THEMSELVES*. Rum-dum
crassly calls this the "America Supports Your Freedom" Walk,
which is true, in a sense, because American taxpayers are being
asked to support this rally involuntarily by footing the bill.
As opposed to footing the bill for some anti-American propaganda
site to be build at Ground Zero.
Oh, is that's how you spin anything that doesn't promise in advance
to apologize for anything that the Bush administration fucks up.
No, that's how I describe something that was designed to make a
globalist pity party out of the 9/11 ground zero memorial.
A globalist pity party remebering 9/11 sounds like an excellent idea
to me.
The designers were planning a combination
Holocaust/MLK/Palestine/Darfur/BlameAmericaFirst museum in the
Gettysburg cemetary.
The most compelling public memorial I've ever seen is
the Canadian memorial to their fallen U.N. Peacekeepers.
Perhaps this might have some of the same resonance.
I'm sure that's a bit more dignified than what I meant by "pity party".
As events increasingly show, the terrorists are not directing
their violence purely at the United States. They're after
the entire post-medieval world.
They have said right from the beginning that they want to restore the
Ottoman-era Caliphate and to conquer or "dhimmify" all the lands where
Muslims now live.

08.10.2005 Bob Cesca
From The Makers of The Global Struggle Against Extremism
In addition to (not so) secretly endorsing torture, the Pentagon announced
Wednesday that it's also endorsing the most awkwardly named event in the
history of commemorative events: the America Supports You Freedom Walk.
The September 11, 2005 event will commemorate the fourth anniversary of
9/11, culminating in a free concert by country musician Clint Black. In
fact, the walk begins at the Pentagon and ends at the concert.
Back to the name. At first glance, "America Supports You Freedom Walk"
looked like a typo which was intended to read: "America Supports Your
Freedom Walk". Well of course America supports my freedom. In fact, it's no
stretch to say that America is single-handedly responsible for my current
socio-political "freedom" status. Whether America supports my silly
bowl-legged freedom walk is another story, but I try not to perform my
freedom walk in public anyway.
However, upon further investigation, the title is as it reads in the
Pentagon's press release. America Supports You Freedom Walk. Even more
awkward. America supports me freedom? Excellent. Written by the same
wordsmiths who gave us "The Global Struggle Against Extremism".
For usage in a sentence, here's Clint Black:
"I am proud and honored to be part of the America Supports You Freedom
Walk to honor the victims of 9/11 and to support our men and women in
uniform," Black said.
But perhaps Clint Black isn't enough incentive to abandon your plans to
privately and respectfully mourn and commemorate the day. So, like a really
bad radio station, the Pentagon has included... Free prizes.
According to the Freedom Walk Web site, the first 1,000 people to arrive
will receive an official America Supports You campaign lapel pin.
Score! Rumor has it that the first 10 marchers for you freedom will get a
chance to enter the Rummy-Tron glass booth filled with $1000 in "free cash".
Sadly, there's been no confirmation of donkey basketball, and in case of
"thunderboomers" no rain location has been announced.
The victims of 9/11 don't need Clint Black and free prize give-aways. The
soldiers in Iraq definitely don't need Clint Black (unless he's performing
within walking distance of, say, Fallujah). They need armor. They need
equipment to survive. They need fair treatment by their government. They
need to come home now.
(Footnote: It might appear as if "America Supports You" is a well-meaning
grassroots organization. At the bottom of the site, you'll be surprised to
read: "AmericaSupportsYou.mil is an official U.S. Department of Defense
website.")
---------
I'm surprised Lee Greenwood hasn't been booked, to sing a medley of his hit.

Globalist pity party, eh. Isn't that what you want every time an
american invader is blown up occupying a foreign country during an
illegal war? And as far as 9-11 goes, rightards were some of the
ones moaning the loudest about how terrible it was for a few
thousand rich, white people to die on 9-11, oblivious to the fact
that we are dropping bombs on poor, dark skinned people just about
every day of the week.
No, that's Rummy's plan for next year. Now you went and ruined the
surprise.
What's the matter, q? You can't handle the thought of people who
honestly approve of what America is doing?
Since they have to stage fake rallies by the pentagon to endorse
illegal wars, no I don't support that being done in my name.

Probably for the same reason that they have to involuntarily extend the
terms of service of many soldiers serving in Iraq and are now looking at
forcing soldiers to complete a third tour. I saw a commercial the other
night for the army where this grinning doofus of a kid is telling his
mom, "Golly gee ma, they'll give me money for college***. Heck they'll
even give me valuable training*** and most importantly, this is my way
of being a man***!" The "***" part that they didn't seem to mention was
"if I don't get my ***** shot off in Iraq or otherwise end up permanently
disabled".
