either
A. People that need to lighten up.
B. People that have no real problems and seek them out on usenet.
C. People that like to complain over nothing at all.
D. People with anger management problems
E. People that have no self control.
Please guys, grow up, if you don't like a cross posted message don't
make a big fucking deal out of it, just ignore it.

How about if you don't make a big fucking deal out of people flaming your
***** for ignoring well known and long accepted rules of netiquette? Try
exercising a little self-control next time, and lighten up, will ya?
From http://www.newsreaders.com/guide/netiquette.html:
Getting Started (Netiquette)
# Don't excessively cross-post
* Cross-posting refers to posting a message to more than one group at a
time, in the same post.
* If a message truly belongs in multiple groups, by all means
cross-post. In fact it is better to cross-post than to post the same message
separately to different groups.
* Be careful when replying to a post. The initial post may have been
inappropriately cross-posted; if you do not edit the list of newsgroups,
your reply will also be inappropriately cross-posted.
* Consider setting "followups" to one group. Your post may be relevant
to 3 groups, but you can set followups to one group and then the discussion
will continue there. When using the followup header, it is nice to put in
the message somewhere "Followups set."
# Don't post off-topic.
* This is another situation where participating in a group for a while
helps. One, because you know more about what is considered off-topic. Two,
because the regulars might cut each other some slack.
* But don't post requests for donations to your little brother's cub
scout group, etc. (If everyone started doing this and every other good
cause....)
* My standard analogy is that although I think The New York Times should
be devoting most of its pages to Bosnia and other important issues, when I
get to the sports pages (or arts pages, etc.), I don't want to read about
Bosnia or the other issues unl ess it relates to sports or the arts.
# Try to find the correct (most relevant) newsgroup before posting.
* Search through the full list of newsgroups.
* An example: rec.sport.baseball.nyyankees and
rec.sport.baseball.misc -- if you are making a post about the Yankees, even
though it would be somewhat relevant for rec.sport.baseball.misc, it would
be most relevant to rec.sport.baseball.nyyankees.

Dude chill out, I thought it was pretty obvious I was joking around.
Anyways have a good day guy, I'm pretty sure you were joking around
and will find this (joke)post I just made funny.
If you find it anything else but funny, it's only because I'm not that
great at being funny. But those were my intentions none the less.
Have a good day Dale. My dad has a friend named Dale. So you're ok
in my book Dale. Even if it's just a fake name you made up for
usenet, it's cool that you took that fake name.

Sis you notice there is not alot going on on usenet? Obvously there
isn't you have time to read off topic crossposted posts. You see I
have no control over your lack of control, this isn't meant for you
Dale, but don't complain about something if you're just going to be a

Yea I know. It's fun to get more responces. You post to one group
you might get 5 responces and maybe 1 will be good, you crosspost to 5
groups and maybe you'll get 5 responces that are actually good.
It's all all about getting good responces.
One thing they shouldn't let on usenet is top posters, those guys mess
everything up.

I agree. Crossposting isn't bad. Just really stupid. It's like, the people
who crosspost really generally don't know how to do things correctly, and
generally just come off as mildly retarded.
There's nothing really wrong with it. If the poster is comfortable with
being seen as half retarded, mildly stupid and being universally regarded as
a mong who can't grasp the simple concept of posting items in their
appropriate newsgroup, then hey...more power to them!
Personally, I get a kick out of the retarded ones. They're cute in their
little white bicycle helmets, banging away on their keyboards, drooling and
saying, "look at me! look at me! I are retard, and I are posting in many
groups Yay!!"
I think you're a cute little retard. I wouldn't ignore your posts because I
like pointing and laughing at you. Keep it up. Usenet's been around for a
long time and you're not doing anything terribly original, and there have
been *much* better trolly crossposters who have done a much better job of
playing "the group retard". You're not really standing out, but you're
mildly amusing nonetheless.

E. People that have no self control.

Please guys, grow up, if you don't like a cross posted message
don't make a big fucking deal out of it, just ignore it.

I agree. Crossposting isn't bad. Just really stupid. It's like, the
people who crosspost really generally don't know how to do things
correctly, and generally just come off as mildly retarded.

There's nothing really wrong with it. If the poster is comfortable
with being seen as half retarded, mildly stupid and being
universally regarded as a mong who can't grasp the simple concept of
posting items in their appropriate newsgroup, then hey...more power
to them!

Personally, I get a kick out of the retarded ones. They're cute in
their little white bicycle helmets, banging away on their keyboards,
drooling and saying, "look at me! look at me! I are retard, and I
are posting in many groups Yay!!"

I think you're a cute little retard. I wouldn't ignore your posts
because I like pointing and laughing at you. Keep it up. Usenet's
been around for a long time and you're not doing anything terribly
original, and there have been *much* better trolly crossposters who
have done a much better job of playing "the group retard". You're
not really standing out, but you're mildly amusing nonetheless.

Personally for me, calling people retards and making other comments
that you did, is not funny, at least not to me. Maybe that is
because I am in the line of work to be around Developmentally
Disabled people.
I know you are trying to be funny, but I hope you are not serious,
if
you are serious you are severely ignorant and mean.

We're not all still in middle school like you. Do you go up to the
people that ride the short bus and ask them if they ride the short
bus? Or is that just something you ask people on usenet because it's
such a cool question to ask people?
This should be good.

I'm with you on this one Cammie. It's not funny to me either, I find
people like Chris Rock, or Jerry Seinfeld funny, this guy I don't find
funny at all.
