Philosopher Celestine N. Bittle wrote in his book God and His
Creatures: “No people has ever been discovered which, in the strict
sense of the term, is ‘atheistic.’ Individuals may be atheists; but a
people, never. This universal belief is a tremendous fact.” It is strong
evidence that man was originally created with the inherent inclination
to acknowledge God’s existence

No, but Bittle's claim (assuming that you're presenting it correctly) is
crap.
And here again you fail to realize (or acknowledge) that Bittle's ideas
are his own, and don't in any way represent philosophy as a whole.

Goodun. I note many modern day peoples have acquiesed in
genocide and mass murder. Individuals may may mandate these
policies and people vote for them, against them, or fail to
care enough to act.

It is strong evidence that people have an inherent ability to believe
things.
Which particular things they believe depend on where and when they were
born and raised.
People born in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea dont spontaneously
start believing in God or Jesus - they believe in ancestor spirits and
magic.People born in Rural India tend to believe in Shiva and Rama and
Vishnu rather than Jehova.
So the ability and desire to believe in the supernatuaral is (near)
universal the particulars - what kind of irrational superstition is
believed - is not.

No, it's strong evidence that people have a psychological need for
things to be explained, even if the explanation is wrong. We don't
like not knowing, and so for most people, even a patently ridiculous
"explanation" is better than nothing. Hence the ubiquity of religion.
However, while religious belief may be widespread, it can't truthfully
be called universal in the strictest sense. That would require that
all cultures subscribe to roughly the same belief system, and that's
hardly the case.

Philosophy does not equal the unsupported opinion of Bittle. Read some
real philosphers such as Epicurus, Russell or Hume.

No, what John said is widely accepted. Pick up a psychology book.

Furthermore, you're taking the writings of *one*
philosopher--conveniently, one with whom you agree--and saying that his
ideas are agreed upon by all philosophers, as if Bittle speaks for all
philosophers. You haven't read much philosophy, have you? Philosophers
rarely agree on anything.
How about Daniel Dennett? His criticisms of religion and theism are very
harsh. By your rules, we can just as easily say that Dennett's ideas on
theism and religion as a consensus among philosophers.
