For lowering high triglycerides, along with modifying your diet (go for low
fat, low sugar, low booze, etc.), my doctor recommended taking Omega 3 fish
oil pills :)

Low booze??? I already drink the lowest booze I can find - and not

And look for the newer 'enteric coated' types which helps avoid the
awful 'fishy burb' syndrome that the regular fish oil pills tend to.
Plus, they are easier to swallow.

You've not had any fishy-flavored burps after downing a fish-oil pill?
Lucky lady! I bet you don't get sausage or radish burps, either. 8^)
Anyway, trust me: anyone prone to burps (even discrete lady-like ones)
should go with the enteric coated fish oil pills.
