The way I see it is this: Monkey-man chose, of his own free will,
to try his hand at Outer Filth, and just happened to try it on
someone whose personal contact info is already known far and wide,
which puts him in roughly the same category as the Trio of
rec.music.classical.recordings, but beneath even them, due to his
extremely trolled, spanked, owned, and trained condition.
Therefore, since he's st00pid enough to make threats to Hatter
while lamely trying to "out" him, anything that happens to him is
his own fault for terminal idiocy, and I'll save my sympathy for
someone who might conceivably deserve a shred of it, like Saddam

The Clueless Newbie of the Month (CNotM) is pretty much the same sort
of thing as the KotM, but honors spectacular cluelessness on Usenet
rather than Kookery. Actually being a newbie is not a strict
requirement for eligibility; but the type of cluelessness being
recognized needs to be of the sort typical of newbies. If someone has
been on the net for some time and still acts like a newbie, they're
eligible.

Coward of the Month

Given to the most cowardly, yellow-bellied Usenet chicken of the
month. Anyone who meets the current month's eligibility bar can get
it; like the HL&S and the Palmjob Paddle, this award is not
necessarily reserved for Kooks!

Those who hide behind pseudoanonymous sockpuppets, to say and do
things they would not normally say or do as 'themselves', usually make
good candidates; you can nominate either the sockpuppet or if you know
the real name behind it that person; either way, the sockpuppeteer
gets just credit.

This award is also given to people who don't follow up on threats. Or
respond to hard questions. Or other cowardly acts AUK can be convinced
of.

If he isn't a total n00b as of last summer, my first suspect would be
YABTS (Yet Another Bill Taylor Sock). Taylor has always been about as
fixated on the nether regions, in addition to being a severe homophobe
for many years. What's different is the Monkey archives, and he doesn't
spell his swear words. Since Taylor's a bit of a Kenny McCormick
Memorial candidate as well (but with dozens of nyms), he may have
decided to take a leaf out of JTEM's book and try posting as a "newbie"
-- that is, if the Monkey isn't a n00b, after all. Since Taylor has
lost many accounts in the past decade, it seems a tad unlikely that
Bill has made a monkey out of himself just for a six- or seven-month
account. But I could still be wrong.
