Federal Judge Lawrence Karlton is expected to sign a restraining
order to stop the pledge from being recited in three local school
districts, if asked. Sacramento atheist and attorney Michael Newdow
says he hasn't talked with his clients yet, but expects to file
that paperwork in the next week or so. "I think they'll agree. That
is the ultimate goal to get the Pledge of Allegiance to be for all
Americans," says Michael Newdow.
