Object: Pope Announces Plan to Waste His Time
http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/europe/05/29/papal.visit.ap/index.html
On a trip, Pope John Paul 3 announced that he plans to waste his time
trying to "...reconstitute the full and visible unity of all the
followers of Christ..."
There are some 20,000 Christian sects alone! No matter how many pieces
of this insane jigsaw he tries to force together, it isn't going to
heal anything. There will always be new sects arising because of the
very nature of the beast. There will never be one church, and for the
Pope to fail to grasp this is simply another indicator of what a *****
he is. This is why he chose the name Being Dicked 16.

He has no interest in the 19, 999 sects which are not Catholic. They are
not true followers of Christ. His only interest is in Catholics and
possibly the Eastern Orthodox and similar Catholic heretics. He won't be
uniting with the 700 Club anytime soon.

Correction - they left, they don't want back. To do so is to admit the error of

Hey, Earl, let's discuss the issue of of what the Pope thinks of libel!
Let's discuss what he would think of someone who made false
accusations of plagiarism and let's discuss what he might think would
consstitute what's legally required to substantiate true accusations,
shall we?
Are you up for it?

PUKE LIED:

I'm too busy laughing at your demonstrated ignorance
of God and the bible.

As everyone knows, ignorance on those topics would be entirely yours,
since I opened a thread to discuss specifically those things in a.a. at
your urging ("Running Scriptural Circles Around Duke") on September
27th 2004, and within 12 days you had demonstrated expertise in only
one thing: showing a clean pair of heels as you ran from that thread
like a wet cat.

Why are you running away with your plagiarism bs?

Since I asked you first, **YOU** are the one running, as usual. No
surprises there. Since I've been challenging you on your plagiarism
lie from the time your chronic ignorance caused you to foolishly utter
it back in October last year, **YOU** have been the one running. That
much has been documented.
I started a specific thread for you to provide your (non-existent)
evidence ("Discussing Duke's Plagiarism Accusation") on February 13th
2005 in a.a., and **YOU RAN FROM THAT**, thereby admitting you lied
about this pathetic straw-man accusation which serves no purpose
whatsoever except to hide (in your own warped mind) your incopentence
and cowardice.
You've run from over 100 threads in which I've challenged you (on an
assortment of topics), many of which threads have been specifically
documented in a list. You been repeatedly shown up for a coward, a
liar and a hypocrite, and you've been embrrassed for the colossal
ignoramus that you are.
You've been unable to even begin to refute (let alone rebut) 16
documented lies and you've been running from every serious question
I've asked you since April 2004. Your consistent cowardice in the face
of such questions is the reason that a list of 50 of them remains in
your face, a list from which you run every single time it is presented
to you.
You've been running from the present challenge since April 30th, 2005.
It's time to face the fact that your straw men are blown away and all
that's left now is the stark fact of your chronic cowardice. So why
not stop running and take up the challenge, or admit the truth - you
are a liar?
Just what is it that you're afraid of, Earl? Are you afraid your New
Castle won't protect you? Are you afraid the Red Stick will beat you?
Are you afraid that if we discuss the issue of libel, of false
accusations of plagiarism, of what constitutes what's legally required
to substantiate such accusations, you'll finally have to find the
christian decency to admit that you bore false witness? Are you afraid
that when it comes to that and you dig down into yoru soul looking for
that decency, that honesty, you won't find anything but the black hole
where evil lives?

Well Google proves you to be lying on that score, just as it proves you
to be lying about everything else. It proves you to be a monumental
coward, Earl, since you **RAN AWAY FROM THAT THREAD AND FROM EVERY
OTHER THREAD IN WHICH I'VE CHALLENGED YOU**.
But here's your chance to take a stand for this god of yours, Earl.
Here's your chance to take up the challenge I notice you've cut (in
your predictable cowardly way) from your every response lately. So
here it is again:
Let's discuss the issue of what God would think of libel. Let's
discuss what he would think of someone who made false accusations of
plagiarism and let's discuss what he might think would constitute
what's legally required to substantiate accusations, shall we?
Are you up for it?
Cutting this challenge from your reponse, or blowing out a flurry of
straw men and runing away will serve two purposes, Earl: it will serve
to prove you a liar and it will serve to prove you a coward, so please,
be my guest - run away from the challenge yet again, with yet more
excuses. Go ahead. Everyone knows you will.

The only thing you've done is demonstrate that you're a dud.

Another pathetic lie. Do you **SERIOUSLY** think you can project your
consistent and patently transparent failures onto the very people who
have demonstrated your inadequacy and impotence with tedious frequency?
You're an idiot if you do, since you have zero credibility on Usenet.
Fact: You're the one running from a hundred threads where you've been
asked questions that are way over your head, and you're too full of the
sin of pride to have the integrity to admit it; where you've been asked
questions you cannot answer without exposing your appalling hypocrisy
and are too dishonest to admit it; where you've been put on the spot
numerous times, endlessly backed into corners and had rings run around
you every time you open your ignorant mouth.
Fact: You're the one running from fifty questions, none of which was
plagiarised, as was proven in the dedicated thread and as you've given
several de facto admissions of.
Fact: You're the one running from 16 documented lies, not one of which
you were even able to attmept refutation, let alone rebut.
Fact: You're the one running since Walpurgisnacht from a very simple
challenge that anyone with nothing to hide would have answered when it
was first asked over a month ago.

I want to discuss God and the bible with you.

But we tried that, Earl in the "Scriptural Circles" thread - you ran
away, remember?

I quit paying attention to your silly attempts at
demonstrating your biblical
knowledge

You started posting in that thread, so this is clearly a lie.
You tried to put up your usual array of straw men and desperately
offered every misdirection in your repertoire to try and hide your
chronic impotence, but your tired act failed as it always does.
I cleaned the floor with you in that thread as I have in every single
thread in which you've had the stupidity to challenge me and, as usual,
**YOU RAN AWAY** - so clearly we have yet another lie here.

after I slammed you down on the first
8 plagiarized comments on the biblical flood.

Clearly, if this were not a lie, you'd actually offer a URL where this
mythical slamming purportedly took place, but every time you're asked
to supply one, **YOU RUN AWAY**, thereby proving you're a liar on this
score too.

You defined yourself that day, and you have never returned.

I have been in every thread long after you have demonstrated just how
much you have in common with that limp Peter at the passion.

Now if you want to return........

Since I've given you two dozen opportunities to do so since then and
**YOU'VE RUN AWAY EVERY SINGLE TIME**, this is clearly yet another of
your straw men designed for the sole purpose of pathetically trying to
hide your grotesque cowardice.
Why would anyone take even one more of your disingenuous offers
seriously when you're such a stinking pathetic coward? Why should they
when you addictively lie? Why should they when you can't support a
single thing you've said?
What's the point of taking up an offer from someone of your monumental
stupidity, since you're clearly convinced that serious discussion
consists solely of you making fantastical grade-school level idiotic
assertions and everyone else rolling over and playing dead?
And then you rapidly run away when someone like me comes along and hits
you with the truth, with the facts, with supported arguments and
questions that are clearly so far over your vacuous head that you have
to make up pathetically transparent lies about the inquisitor.
What's the point of a taking up an offer from someone liek you, whose
sole response when things get too tough is to consistently **run
away**?
What, exactly, would be the point of going through that same ritual of

PUKE LIED:
In every thread inw hich I've demosntrated your lies, stupidty
cowardice and hypocrisy you tried to put up your usual array of straw
men and desperately
offered every misdirection in your repertoire to try and hide your
chronic impotence, but your tired act failed as it always does.
I cleaned the floor with you in that thread as I have in every single
thread in which you've had the stupidity to challenge me and, as usual,
**YOU RAN AWAY** - so clearly we have yet another lie here.
What's the point of a taking up an offer from someone liek you, whose
sole response when things get too tough is to consistently **run
away**?
What, exactly, would be the point of going through that same ritual of
whipping your cowardly stupid ***** raw YET AGAIN**?
Now shall we get back to trying to determine how someone who claims to
be a Catholic, who claims to be a Christian, who claims to follow the
command not to bear false witness can end up telling lie after lie
after lie, because I'm really curious how you can live with yourself?

It's funny really. Duke claims he can run scriptural circles around
me. Well, Duke, I'm waiting. Start running. It's what you do best
after all.
Here are some of the many questions you've run away from. If you run
away from them here, if you fail to respond competently to any of
them, If you fail to support your response with something other than
evidence or logic, if you try to pretend they're "stupid" or "fake" or
"no thought" or whatever, and fail to support your claims, then you
lose. Just like you, Duke, it's really that simple.
1. Does the Bible make no claim that the Earth is some 6,000 years old
or does it imply such an age if the ages of Biblical characters are
added up? If you take the list of 75 names in Luke's genealogy of
Jesus and add the ages up, factoring in when those people supposedly
lived in relation to known historical events, then the age of the
Earth from creation to now according to the Bible, tallies to some
6,000 years. Do you deny this? A simple yes/no answer will suffice
to begin with.
2. Do you have evidence that people in the past lived to 900 years?
Science doesn't know of any. A simple yes/no answer will suffice to
begin with.
3. The Bible describes seven (24 hour) days - six of creation and one
of rest. Can you offer a supported rebuttal to this? A simple yes/no
answer will suffice to begin with. (Note, desperately chanting "No it
doesn't" does not constitute a *supported* rebuttal).
4. The Genesis creation is proscribed, every day, by the words
"evening and morning" - not "morning and evening", but "evening and
morning" - to reflect the Jewish habit of starting/ending their day at
sunset. These were intended to be 24 hour days. Can you offer a
supported rebuttal to this? A simple yes/no answer will suffice to
begin with.
5. The first thing God does before the main creation sequence is
divide light from darkness (just how is that done, BTW?) and label
them day and night. Immediately after that it specifies that evening
and morning were the first day. Not the first era or indefinite time
period, not "Day One", but "The First Day" - this was the first actual
day ever. These are ordinal numbers, not cardinal. This proves
beyond doubt that the days were indeed literal days as we know them
now, and not indistinct geological periods. Can you refute this? A
simple yes/no answer will suffice to begin with.
6. Genesis then immediately goes on to describe the creation, each
"act" being
of the duration of one of these days. The days are even counted off.
Exodus then codifies this interpretation with the commandment that we
emulate God by working six days and resting on the seventh. ("Six
days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is
the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any
work...For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and
all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD
blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it." (Ex 20:9-11) Can you
refute this? A simple yes/no answer will suffice to begin with.
7. The word used in Genesis is exacly the same word (yome) that is
used in Exodus. The two are indistinguishable. They refer to 24 hour
days. Can you refute this? A simple yes/no answer will suffice to
begin with.
8. Who is the arbiter of what is true and what isn't true in the
Bible?
9. Why would the word of god contain lies or ambiguous statements?
10. If we cannot be sure which parts of the Bible to rely on and which
not, how can you rely on those that parts of the Bible which try to
claim there is a god?
11. If we cannot be sure which parts of the Bible to rely on and which
not, how can you rely on those parts of the Bible which claim this god
had a son called Jesus?
12. What's the yard-stick for truth and fiction in the Bible?
13. In another thread, I said that the Biblical god was so
dissatisfied with the Earth that he was forced to destroy it. You
responded, "No, clearly not in the bible." which appears to suggest
that you think that what I said is not supported by scripture. Was
this the case and are you now retreating from this claim, especially
in view of the Gen 6:6 quote: "The LORD was grieved that he had made
man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain. So the LORD
said, "I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the
earth-men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and
birds of the air-for I am grieved that I have made them."?
14. Do you have any evidence to support your claim that the Bible is
actually a god's words, regardless of how accurately they're reported?
A simple yes/no answer will suffice to begin with.
15. In order to start making your case for the existence of a god, you
need to establish, with independent **EVIDENCE** (that is, according
to Webster's online dictionary at www.dictionary.com: "A thing or
things helpful in forming a conclusion or judgment" and not simply
faith or unsupported beliefs) that there was a god. Can you do this?
A simple yes/no answer will suffice to begin with.
16. You need to establish, with independent **EVIDENCE** (i.e.,
according to Webster's online dictionary at www.dictionary.com: "A
thing or things helpful in forming a conclusion or judgment" and not
simply your blind unsupported beliefs) that there was a Jesus. Can
you do this? A simple yes/no answer will suffice to begin with.
17. You need to establish that the Bible has *independent verifiable
support* **NOT** for its historical stories, but for its *stories
about a god*:
3.a) Creating the universe - or admit you cannot.
3.b) Interacting with humanity - or admit you cannot.
3.c) Hosting an afterlife - or admit you cannot.
3.d) Allowing a hell - or admit you cannot.
3.e) Judging who goes to which of c and d above - or admit you
cannot.
18. Offer supported argument (note that faith, belief and Bible
quotes do not count) that praying isn't begging given that it is a
supplication (look it up at www.dictionary.com if you don;t understand
the word) most often done on the knees and the entire Islamic
religion, which by all accounts worships the same god as you do, is
based on an Arabic word that means "submission" (to God). Can you do
this? A simple yes/no answer will suffice to begin with.
19. Offer supported argument, independent of the Bible (note that
blind faith, gullible belief, and Bible quotes do not count), that
this Jesus was the son of some god. Can you do this? A simple yes/no
answer will suffice to begin with.
20. Offer supported argument, independent of the Bible (note that
blind faith, gullible belief, and Bible quotes do not count), that
this Jesus worked miracles. Can you do this? A simple yes/no answer
will suffice to begin with.
21. Offer supported argument, independent of the Bible (note that
blind faith, gullible belief, and Bible quotes do not count), that
this Jesus was crucifed. Can you do this? A simple yes/no answer
will suffice to begin with.
22. Offer supported argument, independent of the Bible (note that
faith, belief and Bible quotes do not count), that this Jesus rose
from the dead. Can you do this? A simple yes/no answer will suffice
to begin with.
23. Offer supported argument, independent of the Bible (note that
faith, belief and Bible quotes do not count), that 500+ people (as you
claim) or "hundreds" of people (as you claim) personally witnessed and
testified to the death and resurrection of Christ. Give each of their
names and produce the testimony or afadavit of each person. Can you
do this? A simple yes/no answer will suffice to begin with.
24. Demonstrate, with supported argument, that you have more evidence
for your gods than the ancient Egyptians, Romans, or Greeks had for
their gods. Can you do this? A simple yes/no answer will suffice to
begin with.

It's been three days already, Puke. Now what was that phrase you
used?...Oh yeah, that's it, "your silence is deafening" - but totally
unsurprising! Go ahead, post a few blind faith unsupported assertions
and then you can pretend you responded and continue to live in your
blind fantasy world where you are god. Go ahead. Everyone expects it
of you.

Adding up the biblical days mentioned in the bible, and the sum is
approximately 6000
years. I clearly explained that to you. So I don't know why you're
repeating it.

2. Do you have evidence that people in the past lived to 900 years?
Science doesn't know of any. A simple yes/no answer will suffice to
begin with.

No I don't.

3. The Bible describes seven (24 hour) days - six of creation and one
of rest. Can you offer a supported rebuttal to this?

Yes, the bible does not address the length of a "day" as 24 hours. In
fact, it does the
opposite.
2 Peter 3
8But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day
is like a thousand

Words recorded by man basis revelation and not dictation..

Eye witness accounts..

which

not, how can you rely on those parts of the Bible which claim this

god

had a son called Jesus?

Answered above.

12. What's the yard-stick for truth and fiction in the Bible?

Already explained endlessly to you..

The first 13 were easy. Now it's your turn.

And it took you almost three weeks to come up with that meaningless
crap? All you've done is spew out more unsupported assertion, Puke,
as I have, once again, demonstrated.
Now it's **YOUR** turn. This time try to actually respond to the
points and **SUPPORT YOUR STATEMENTS**. Failure to do so means you
concede, because this crap has gone on way too long with you running
away from everything. But at least you've proven one thing: the only
circles you're running, Puke, are circles around the drain you're
about to plunge unceremoniously into.

Ok, dud, here's your chance to show something for the first time in your life.
What is the nature that causes separation?

There will never be one church,

But there in only one Jesus, so why not?

I can see her crawfishing already.

"The Mass is the most perfect form of Prayer."

Budikka - The atom is the most perfect from of mass. Atoms work,
prayers don't.

God created both the atom and prayer.

Which Bible verse said that God created the atom? Was in Job? How
about Leviticus? Numbers?
