Pope Nominated For Peace Prize |
Oops, that was a typo. The pope was not nominated for the Nobel *Peace*
Prize, but the Nobel Piece-Of-***** prize. The pope is definitely a
piece-of-*****, so he should win that one hands down :))

Come on now, it's a joyous occasion. For both catholics and atheists

Soon to be replaced by yet another genocidal fuckwad, of course.

Of course. It would be paradise without them, which would negate the
point of religion, sin, and afterlife.

Why do people say that? Is that all they do in heaven? Rest in peace? I
figure a dude like the poop will have his work cut out for him.
Or maybe this is a tacit acceptance by even the religious that there is no
afterlife, that you wink out, forever sleep.

I suspect it was a charm said in the hopes that the dead would
remain dead and not rise from the grave.
And no, I'm not joking.

But, especially WRT a dead Pope, the charm may be the expression of a
wish that no one dig him up and excommunicate him.
There's precedent for that, remember.

And your posting date was April the first.
Which was why I thought suckers would believe that the Pope had been
nominated for a "Peace Prize". It's all in keeping with the
tradition of jokes on the first of April, which I believe was
originally a time for ridiculing rival religious faiths.
