I can not think of a more appropriate medium for conveying the wisdom
of the Bible.
Well, there IS Veggie Tales...where biblical characters are portrayed by
animated vegetables.

Which is perfect to explain things to the inanimate vegetables who
believe the bible.

I can't find the SCA people in Pensacola; they have a Website but rarely
post to the forum...they have a Meetup but won't vote on a venue...sheesh!
It's going to suck if I have to drive an hour to Mobile (Talibama) or to
Fort Walton Beach.
The Lego thing reminds me...I'm setting up a shelf for my LOTR books (I
just got the supermegadeluxe edition of the "Fellowship" DVD, with little
Argonath bookends). Think I'll break out my Legos and MegaBlox; in the
latter I have some fantasy/medieval minifigures--little knights, a few
sections of wall, and a big dragon.

You need to contact them directly. Contact the seneschal or the hospitaler.
Their emails and phone numbers are on the website.

*nod* I saw that--I was commenting more on the lack of other participation.
It seems like Pensacola's christer infestation kills off all the fun.

Maybe you could host a revel. That tends to bring out anyone in the
area, especially if you can combine it with a bardic circle or
something. Maybe one with a Newcomers theme. Of course, this assumes
the xers aren't in the group itself.

They can use raspberry cordial to represent the blood inside the
tumbled walls of Jericho and the little pieces representing the
Israelites can be standing ankle deep in it. But somehow I don't think
the bible stories will be told in the way described in the book of
blood.

You might want to go and actually check out some of the pages,
especially the ones in "The Law" section which depict the regulations
in Leviticus, etc. The violence and irrationality of the Biblical
injuctions is shown quite graphically (well, as graphically as you can
using Legos). The creator of this site is clearly no Bible-thumper-
and in sections about "false gods", the little Lego evangelists are
shown talking about Jesus as God- just before the righteous Legovians
stone them, burn down their town, etc. I think this site was designed
by the EAC (NTIE,OC).

Yes indeed. This one about when to stone your children is just classic:
http://www.thebricktestament.com/the_law/when_to_stone_your_children/dt21_18a.html
This one about the sermon on the mount is also a riot:

Here is one about instructions for women from the Epistles of Paul:
