Andrew, the questions I have asked are perfectly fair questions that no
genuine doctor would be afraid to answer. I'm just curious as to how
you go about compying with the law in the state of Georgia and
how the law in Georgia differs from the provisions of the Care Standards
Act 2000 here in the UK.
You don't seem to know, which would tend to suggest that you are not a
professional clinician of any legally recognised description. If I'm
wrong, you should find it easy to prove me wrong.

Scripture can only be understood correctly in the light of Scripture,
since it alone is uncorrupted. It is only with the Holy Spirit's light
that Scripture can be comprehended correctly. The Holy Spirit causes
those who are the Lord's to understand Scripture (John 14:16-17, 26).
Since the Spirit does this by Scripture, obviously, it is in accord
with the principle that Scripture itself is the infallible rule of
interpretation of its own truth "it is the Spirit that beareth
witness, because the Spirit is truth" (I John 5:6).
