Proof christians are full of crap |
Proof christians are full of crap.
Christians say that "God is love".
But if you ask them another time why God made humans then their standard
answer is - "to have someone to love him" (obviously because all his angels
have left him. No surprise there).
But if God is love then why does he need someone to love him?
Why does 'Love' need 'love'?
Lol.
It would be like the ocean asking for glasses of water.
Then christians say - "He did it not because 'He' needs our love but because
'we' needed to love him".
But the thing is, before we existed we had no needs for anything at all.
He obviously created us to fill his own needs, even though a god that is
everything is not supposed to have any needs because he has whatever he
wants the very instant he desires it, and being 'Love' itself, he needs no
love from anyone.
Heh. Christianity is a big cuckoo factory.

Gill has 13 GCE 'O' levels, speaks the best German most native speakers
have ever heard from a foreigner, and in English, sounds like she cannot
pronounce her "R"s (born High Wycombe). Clearly no idiot, but talking
utter rubbish (it seemed to me, as I was trying to believe).
Even then, I was a little disturbed and/or shocked by how selfish Gillian
Perry was. Maybe it's me, but if you ask me to do something, I ask why I
was not doing that for you before you needed to ask. Otherwise, life
seems to me no more than amassing consumer goods and money.

Oh, the irony, Frank. Atheism is the default. Some of us were never
taught theism. My kids, for example. Others had to fight their own
emotions to deconvert. Life doesn't begin until you throw the jeebus-

I live in an area where there is crime. How would an athiest handle this -
buy a gun, build a wall, install a burglar alarm and hope for the best. A
real christian would have the hope and expectation, and experiances the
reality of Gods protection.
It works for me. So now who would have the greater peace and who would have
the greater fear?
I know that water and electricity are dangerous, some one without training
would consider mixing the two together, as safe.
And they would think I am dumb in not mixing the two. This other person may
consider my respect for safety as fear. So be it. I am happy to say, that I
will live a lot longer.
An athiest may fear cancer, for example. A Christian would know (relation
and experience) that God is greater and experience healing. I have seen this
too.
At home, do I eat dinner at my father table out of fear, or because I am
part of the family? Is eating at the table taking away my freedom, or is it
bringing benefits?
I could go on and on. Some would say Christianity is based on fear. I would
say that it is based on hope and love. Again, this is from my experiance.
And millions of others'.
Could "Christianity is based on fear", not be that well thought out? To deny
the reality of some one elses experiance, may be shaky.
I do suppose, that some Christians, some police, some governments rule
others by fear. I do not like manipulation, so I avoid these people and
situations.
I do suppose there are different responses to something different : avoid
the new thing and thinking about it, totally and vigourously. Or think about
it, then try it out and see if it works. Or accept the new thing blindly and
without thnking.

Conversly, one can argue that it was to do them a favour.
Who would want to live forever with a perfect recall and
memory and foreknowledge of everything, whilst in a state
of corruption due to, well, corruption ?
Better to be "driven out" while still able to forget, until such
a time that perfect memory would actually be a good thing.
