So if armed militants in Mexico started taking United States Border
Patrol agents hostage and the Mexican government refused to deal with
the problem, what do you think the United States should do?
What if they shot rockets into cities in the southern United States and
again the Mexican government did not or could not act to stop them?

Taken out of context that might be true but the fact of the matter is
that Israel has been under terrorist attacks for almost 60 years. You
want to tell me what we would be like after over 50 years of 9/11
(assuming of course that you are from the U.S. of A. and not an Arab or
Muslim country)?
The Israelis keep on giving into what the terrorist demand and all they
get for it is more demands and continued attacks. The reason they have
the West Bank and Gaza in the first place is that the Arab states
declared war on Israel for no reason and then LOST the war! Also keep
in mind that the terrorist hide behind civilians in their attacks and
have intentionally been targeting Jewish women, children and teenagers
for decades.
I used to feel sympathy for the displaced Arabs that call themselved
Palestinians but the more I learn the less I have for them.

relationship with israel.

This was not a case of one side taking pot shots over the border at the other .
Hezbollah came across the border, killed soldiers and then took hostages, and
Israel was trying to save them.
When Hezbollah saw that Israel was damn serious about saving their soldiers'

right? But they choose to keep their captives over the health and well being of
Lebanon.
