Looks like a picture of something fuzzy and indistinct.
Of Course it could be an alien teleported down from the realm of
blixxit in a parallel 11 dimensional plane to ours - just to open and
close a door.
That's the point - it "could" be anything at all.
It only *is* whatever it is.
Probably some dude in a cloak doing a really simple prank to get into
the news and grab 15 seconds of fame from the ever gullible public.
