Proof of Living Crap! |
Wow! You can my astonishment when I realized that my former attorney - who I
lovingly refer to as 'Douche Bag' -- and two representatives of my insurance
company -- along with my two half-brothers, certain Marinette County
officials, certain 'neighbors' -- all 'Christians' to a 'man' -- are actual
walking, talking examples of living crap. And I am not kidding!
As for 'proof', they are all either involved in the fleecing me out of a
considerable amount of insurance money, or in trying their best to, in
effect, 'steal' my property, or are involved in a 'conspiracy' to make my
life out here as close to unbearable as they can -- without actually killing
me. Now I ask you. What more proof that they are examples of true-brown
living crap do you need?
Want more proof? They are all staunch Christians, but no more than one,
possibly two, of them have ever read the bible from cover to cover. Yet they
go around with this smug as a bug in a rug 'looking down their nose' at you
and their 'holy' attitude because of their alleged superior 'moral values',
while at the same time are *knowingly* (and perhaps deliberately) driving me
towards suicide. Now if *that* isn't proof that they are examples of living
crap, I don't know what is.
Maybe if you roll up your windows, you just *may* catch a whiff of the foul
stench these people give off. They and all the other phony-baloney
Christians involved in the 'climate of corruption' that permeates Marinette
County, Wisconsin.

jeopardozed your case by talking about it. i know you didn't ask for it,
but my advice is to gather the facts in a document and present it to the
state's attorneys office. Provide photocopies of all correspondence and do
as much legwork as possible and see if you can't get the state involved.
Failing that there are several attorneys that can give you some very good
advice.

Oh, I forgot about the State's Attorney's Office. In a min-debate with a
staffer from that agency, using a 'hypothetical' *real* case of actual
collusion between my attorney and my insurance company where I got 'sold
down river', it came out that there would be no way I could 'prove'
collusion between my attorney and the insurance company simply due to the
way the departments of OLR and OCI are structured. They *don't* share
information, or compare 'notes'. They *don't* work together in unison.
*That* allows my attorney and the insurance company to have gotten away with
what they did. The right-half of the brain didn't know what the left-half
had done (figuratively speaking). t's all designed, apparently, to give
criminally-minded attorneys and insurance agencies all the latitude and
leeway they can possibly get to the detriment of their 'victim'. The two
agencies, OLR (Office of Lawyer Regulation) and OCI (Office of the
Commissioner of Insurance) essentially work with 'blinders' on. Or so it
seems. How could I *not* be allowed to file 'Inventory Sheets' listing the
personal possessions I lost in the fire (to cite just *one* example) and
there not be a hint of professional misconduct or impropriety here? I ask
you?
As far as me 'tainting' my case, I have none. Failure after failure in
trying to secure legal representation showed me that.
There is no real 'justice' in Marinette County -- at least as far as *I* am
concerned.
I would just reiterate here that the jury is still 'out' on OCI. To be fair,
that agency hasn't been given even *close* to the full documentation I have
in regards to my case.

Have to get this in: Senator Feingold is the 'real deal'. Don't think for a
nanosecond that he's turned a blind-eye to my plight. His hands are truly
'tied'. If he chooses to run for the office of President in '08, beat down
the doors of your polling booth to vote for him if you have to. He's as
fearless and tough-minded and 'fair' as any Wisconsin badger *you* will ever
come across in the wild.
It's probably some little-known attorney and insurance company lobbyists
that I should *thank* for my misery. The deck is certainly 'stacked' against
the little guy.

Thank you for responding in the wise and caring manner you have.
Everything you've said would make perfect sense if my situation were
'normal. It's not. The 'Douche Bag' that I referred to is a 'real as it
gets' Tom Delay-type figure in Marinette County. His son is a sitting judge.
He most certainly has Marinette Sheriff personnel in his hip pocket.
(Otherwise he could *never* get away with what some of the stuff he's gotten
away with in this county. He's a crook -- plain and simple. But an extremely
powerful one. When a lieutenant in the Marinette County Sheriff's Department
advises me to secure a 'high-powered law firm *outside* the county,' he
knows what the 'score' is around here. NO local attorney is willing to take
my case. (There are those who have shown a pronounced sympathy for my
predicament but cannot help me. Presumably because of the nasty
repercussions that their 'help' might generate.)
I have documents galore -- including a written statement by the insurance
company's president that I consciously chose to settle for a $2,500 payment
(in one instance) instead of the $10,000 I was entitled to. So I *do* have
the documents which would help 'prove' my case. It's just that I cannot find
an attorney who will take it. Magnifying the problem is the fact that I have
no transportation (other than a bicycle) and certainly no one who would dive
me to an attorney's office some two hours distant who expressed a mild
interest in predicament.
I also contacted Senator Russ Feingolds' office about all this. And to that
man's magnificent credit (and perhaps even more to his staff), he has shown
genuine concern about my plight. Unfortunately, Senator Feingold is a
'Federal' senator. That being the case, he cannot help me directly. There
are government restrictions preventing him from doing so. State Senator
Roger Breske and his staff have been quite helpful to a degree. And even
Republican State Assembly Representative, Jeff Mursau -- and in particular,
one of his staffers -- has 'helped out' a bit. Kudos to all three
agencies!!! But it all comes down to the 'Local' county officials to do
something about 'Douche Bag' and his criminal ways. And they ain't a doin' a
god-dang thing about him. In fact, a lot of em' are his own, personal,
kiss-butts -- with a capital 'K'! So you see, appealing to 'scared as
bunnies' attorneys in my area is fruitless. And 'Douche Bag' *knows* it.
I would add that I've registered complaints with the Wisconsin Office of
Lawyer Regulation (which is a joke) and the Wisconsin Office of the
Commissioner of Insurance (jury's out on that one) as well.
But the one thing that will emerge out of all this -- even if I were to
somehow come into truckloads of money -- is my undying hatred for the people
who are treating me like a Jew in Hitler's Germany. And they're
'Christians'.

In a word, 'No'. There is a law firm that seemed all ready and geared up to
do battle. They, evidently, re-thought things over and decided going up
against 'Douche Bag' wouldn't be such wise thing. But at least they are with
me in 'spirit'. I no longer trust attorneys as far as I can throw them. If
you only knew what 'Douche Bag' acting as *my* attorney did. Utterly
despicable and disgraceful. He's the ultimate 'Poster Boy' for 'evil'
attorneys -- at least in *this* atheist's humble opinion.
The grievous thing in all this is that the ***** (as well as the other

Have you considered getting a lawyer from Chicago? If you are so inclined
to do so, give Sheldon Zenner's office a call. They will guide you
straight. Sheldon is a straight shooter which is why he left the US
Attorney's office years ago. Sheldon does Federal stuff but he can tell
you who to call.

In a word, 'No'. There is a law firm that seemed all ready and geared up
to do battle. They, evidently, re-thought things over and decided going
up against 'Douche Bag' wouldn't be such wise thing. But at least they
are with me in 'spirit'. I no longer trust attorneys as far as I can
throw them. If you only knew what 'Douche Bag' acting as *my* attorney
did. Utterly despicable and disgraceful. He's the ultimate 'Poster Boy'
for 'evil' attorneys -- at least in *this* atheist's humble opinion.
The grievous thing in all this is that the ***** (as well as the other
dirt-bags who are participants in all this) will get away with it. Talk
about the 'perfect crime'. And every single damn one of em' is a
'Christian'.

Have you considered getting a lawyer from Chicago? If you are so inclined
to do so, give Sheldon Zenner's office a call. They will guide you
straight. Sheldon is a straight shooter which is why he left the US
Attorney's office years ago. Sheldon does Federal stuff but he can tell
you who to call.
I am looking at this after waking up from a nap and one weird-***** dream. I'm
going to take your advice. Whether this 'Sheldon Zenner' will be able to
help me or not remains to be seen. But in the meantime, 'R. Pierce Butler,
