PROTEST REAGAN DAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
First let me say that any complaints or accusations of "hate",
"intolerance", "denigration", etc will be completely ignored, so don't
even bother. I don't apologize for hating Hitler and I don't apologize
for hating his political analog Ronald Reagan. Also, all invocations of
Godwin's law will automatically mark you as a moron and will be
discarded.
Now down to business. I'm tired of all the lying praise and
motherfucking honors being heaped on that crooked, criminal, turn-coat,
rapist, ***** sucker Reagan. Organizations like the stock market are
talking about shutting down on Friday to honor that terrorist-loving war
criminal Ronzo al Reagan. Appropriately, shutting down the stock
exchange and other institutions will waste a lot of money, which is
exactly what Ronnie did the whole time he was president. Many other
presidents have not been afforded similar honors and it's unacceptable
that a piece of human garbage like Reagan should be elevated to such a
high stature.
I say that we organize a protest all day Friday when that sick *****
Reagan is being planted in the ground like the load of toxic sludge he
is. Take the day off, if necessary, and let the world know that Reagan
was a vile son-of-a-***** who should have been impeached, convicted and
imprisoned for funding death squads in South America. Burn the son of
***** in effigy. Tell the truth about his evil legacy and his gross
stupidity. Don't allow the conservatard media to deity that b-movie,
brain-dead, chicken hawk ***** Reagan. The right-wingers are trying
to stampede people into reflexively honoring a man who deserves only
scorn. They are trying to play on the fact that most people will be
docile and polite, even to a despicable, decaying, vampiric ***** like
Reagan.
P.S. If they put Reagan on the Ten dollar bill then put a big "X"
through his face. It's perfectly legal and it will show that Reagan is
not worthy of any respect in this country.

Nope. The vast majority of people I talked to said that Reagan was a
mediocre or very bad president. I was surprised to discover how many
people had personal stories of the way that reagan fucked them over.
Several of my co-workers talked about having friends or relatives who
were air traffic controllers. One said that the FBI had tapped his
phone because the paranoid Reagan administration considered his labor
union organization activities to be "subversive". You're a clueless
moron who only liked reagan because he was almost as brain-dead as you
are and was just as big a religious nut.

It is not the government's responsibility to inform you of them. Especially
since
it has been working for many years to misinform you of your rights.
If you believe your Rights come from the Constitution or the Government,
They don't!
You were born with your Rights and it is the responsibility of the
government not
to infringe on them. If they do whatever government agent is liable in
civil court.
The penalty if they do infringe is severe.

It details the State of all 4 declaired National Emergencies since 1933.
One by President Roosevelt with the Banking Emergency Act that literally
declaired the Ameican people as the enemies, by coping parts of the Trading

by President Nixon. None of the declairations of national emergency had an
expiration date and were all in effect in 1972
Basicly if the President declairs a natioal emergency he has the power to
suspend
parts of the Constitution that effect the daily lives of Americans. Senate
Report
93-549 was an investigation of the thousands of laws and statutes on the
books that
came from these 4 declairations of national emergencies.
The Congress passed legislation suspending all 4 national emergencies but
gave the
President the option of continueing these laws if he declaired a new
national
emergency, or extend an existing national emergency every 2 years.
The effect has been that every 2 years or so there is a new national
emergency or
an extention of an existing national emergencies on everything from the war
on drugs
to Grenada and Panama. Not to mention the ones aleady mentioned below, and
numerous others.
Don't take my word for it! Read it for yourself I made a copy of the first
50 or so
pages at Emory U. in Atlanta in their Federal Repository. While you are
there you
should also make a copy of the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 and the

When you approach history as a documentarian historian it's not difficult to
know
what happened, because you go by the primary documents as your source. Not
someone interpretation of what really happened.

Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared
national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-
proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national
emergency declared by President Roosevelt in 1933, there are also the
national emergency proclaimed by President Truman on December 16,
1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency
declared by President Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971.
These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law. These
hundreds of statutes delegate to the President extraordinary powers,
ordinarily exercised by the Congress, which affect the lives of American
citizens in a host of all-encompassing manners. This vast range of powers,
taken together, confer enough authority to rule the country without
reference
to normal Constitutional processes.
Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may:
seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize
commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize
and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation
of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular
ways,
control the lives of all American citizens.
With the melting of the cold war--the developing detente with the Soviet
Union and China, the stable truce of over 20 years duration between North
and South Korea, and the end of U.S. involvement in the war in Indochina-
there is no present need for the United States Government to continue to
function under emergency conditions.
