PROTEST REAGAN DAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
First let me say that any complaints or accusations of "hate",
"intolerance", "denigration", etc will be completely ignored, so don't
even bother. I don't apologize for hating Hitler and I don't apologize
for hating his political analog Ronald Reagan. Also, all invocations of
Godwin's law will automatically mark you as a moron and will be
discarded.
Now down to business. I'm tired of all the lying praise and
motherfucking honors being heaped on that crooked, criminal, turn-coat,
rapist, ***** sucker Reagan. Organizations like the stock market are
talking about shutting down on Friday to honor that terrorist-loving war
criminal Ronzo al Reagan. Appropriately, shutting down the stock
exchange and other institutions will waste a lot of money, which is
exactly what Ronnie did the whole time he was president. Many other
presidents have not been afforded similar honors and it's unacceptable
that a piece of human garbage like Reagan should be elevated to such a
high stature.
I say that we organize a protest all day Friday when that sick *****
Reagan is being planted in the ground like the load of toxic sludge he
is. Take the day off, if necessary, and let the world know that Reagan
was a vile son-of-a-***** who should have been impeached, convicted and
imprisoned for funding death squads in South America. Burn the son of
***** in effigy. Tell the truth about his evil legacy and his gross
stupidity. Don't allow the conservatard media to deity that b-movie,
brain-dead, chicken hawk ***** Reagan. The right-wingers are trying
to stampede people into reflexively honoring a man who deserves only
scorn. They are trying to play on the fact that most people will be
docile and polite, even to a despicable, decaying, vampiric ***** like
Reagan.
P.S. If they put Reagan on the Ten dollar bill then put a big "X"
through his face. It's perfectly legal and it will show that Reagan is
not worthy of any respect in this country.

I forgot abour a lot of the Crap Reagan an Shrub Sr.
Did. Now I remember why one of Jr. first acts
was to keep many documents of Reagans and Sr. classified,
permantly.
This is Part Two of a series. The sources for all of
the following information are the "Report of the
Congressional Committees Investigating the Iran-Contra
Affair," published by the New York Times
[Times Books, 1988], and two "PBS Frontline"

and another in 1990.

January 16, 2000 – What happens when a president,
vice president, and their administration willfully
break laws, run a secret war in defiance of
Congress, sell arms to declared enemies of the
U. S., actively undermine the Constitution, and
repeatedly lie about those activities to Congress
and the American public? How could such events be
swept under the rug? How could they stay covered
up, so that even today the American people remain
crippled in their ability to learn from their own
recent history? All of those things happened as
a result of the Iran-Contra scandal.

Ronnie's friend Arnie is shutting down the State of California. All
state offices will be closed and there will be no delivery. I say:
Enough, already!
These elaborate, costly 'state funerals' seem more appropriate for kings

Did nothing to stop terrorism.
Turn coat? he did take money from Chinese nationals for his election.
Then you must really hate Bill Clinton! All that and sexual harrasser too
boot.
The Stock Market did very well while Reagan was President, you don't have to
respect the man. But why begrudge somebody else for showing respect for the

You have no credibility with me. You say you're not a Republican, but you
constantly down Democrats without saying a word about Republicans doing the
same thing. But this story about the Chinese campaign contributions is
something I do know about. It's a lot of nothing. BOTH parties took
contributions and there's probably nothing sinister about it. It probably
had something to do with future trade arrangements. I saw with my own two
eyes, and heard with my own ears, Haley Barber discussing this back in the
day -- when this was being blown out of proportion by right-wing loons (such
as yourself) -- and Barber admitted Republicans took money, too. That's not
an opinion. That's a fact.
Much was made out of it, and Clinton was accused of spying and selling
satellite secrets and all sorts of nonsense, and all of this was traced back
to this money from the Chinese. If both parties were taking the money, what
were the Republicans promising when they took it. The issue was trade. The
Chinese were probably seeking to maintain Most Favored Nation status in
their trade with us.

I haven't discussed the Republican pary in detail so you don't know my views
on
them. If I call them Jacobites will you know what I'm talking about?
I shall call a distinction between the Democrat Party and the "Liberals" who
seem
to be in the majority in that party. The Democrat Party is a collection of
factions.
More so than the Republican Party. There are the old fashioned style
Democrats,
and there are Liberals made up of socialist, communist, anarchist and many
others
who think that the world or at least the government owe them something, and
put
their faith in government to take care of them.
The Republican Party also has a number of different factions, but for the
most part
they seem to be better educated and or more productive members of society
who
believe they should not put their faith in government to provide for them.
Many
put their faith in the Creator to provide for them and many other put their
faith in
themselves to provide for themselves or their families.
People in both Parties seem willing to trade liberty for security which
ensures that
we will end up with neither liberty or security when all is said and done.
I see you at least concead that Bill Clinton was in the least a sexual
harrasser.
The thing about all the Chinese money coming into the Presidents campaign
fund
at the same time there was so much espionage and nuclear weapons and missle
technology being transferred illegally. I don't know how much you know
about
Chinese policy, but we are arming our next great enemy, and financing their
military buildup. It may take 20 years, but they are the best candidate for
a major
shooting war.
If you recall we have financed and armed most of our great enemies in the
last
century. Germany, Japan, and lets not forget the Soviet Union.
I think it should be a crime for politicians to take money only from
individuals,
and only from U.S. nationals or citizens. That they should not even take
money
from U.S. corporations or any artificial person.
Much was made out of it, and Clinton was accused of spying and selling
satellite secrets and all sorts of nonsense, and all of this was traced

They should not have to bribe the United States government to do that!
Republican or Democrat.
Taking money from foreign governments got the U.S. into our Cival War.

wont bore you with the details.

This paragraph above sums up what you know about American politics: NOTHING.
Your view of what liberals are all about is the clue. You really don't have

You'll never learn anything.
And as for Republicans being better educated, adds further to the evidence.
Most of the Republicans I know are uneducated men. Most college graduates I

And you are so well informed about Politics in Ameica because?
The best compliment from somebody in the industry of political science was
while
I was driving a taxi in Fort Wayne IN. I am very concerned that I don't
sound too
much like a radical and since I had expressed many of my views, I asked for
her
proffessional opinion about if I sounded like a radical. She said "You
sound very
well informed"
So if you think I'm going to give your opinion, someone whom I only know as
a
liberal who wont give the greatest President in my lifetime even a modicum
of the
recognition or credit he deserves. Then I can say the same thing about you
that
you said about me.
Your sentence above shows you have no clue about myself! I seldom listen
to Limbaugh, I much prefer Neal Boortz. I have never read Ann Coulter.
Limbaugh is fine to listen to, as long as you know and understand his bias,
and don't put much stock in what he says. He does have a better grasp on
the Ameican political situation than anybody else the average person has the
ability to listen too.
And as for Republicans being better educated, adds further to the

It is possible to be a collage graduate and not get educated! For example
I'm
not talking about education degrees. One of the most worthless and easiest
degrees to obtain.
I've known many educators that have never had to compete in the work place,
either they are incapable of doing so or afraid to try. So they try to
teach others
how to do so. Never realy understanding what it's like. Fortunately I went
to a
very difficult private school where teachers were required to have worked in
the
industry they taught about.
Most of the collage graduates I know have degree's in engineering, math,
science, and finance. These people generally produce wealth.
There are many collage subjects that do not teach how to produce wealth, but
spend it, or spend someone else's wealth if not down right take it from
them.
I my experiance most people who produce wealth or want to produce wealth
are conservative, and those who want to live off the fat of the land or
liberal.

Nature Magazine - Aug 4, 2004
Nobel laureates spearhead effort to put Kerry in the White House
Geoff Brumfiel & Emma Marris
Researchers hit the campaign trail for the US presidential
election
Washington - A group of high-profile researchers is to hit the
campaign trail on behalf of Democratic presidential candidate John
Kerry.
Planners hope that the group, known as Scientists and Engineers for
Kerry, will turn researchers' anger over the Bush administration's
treatment of science into a major political force. In the run-up to
the election, they will attempt to recruit scientists across the
country to deliver speeches on Kerry's behalf and to campaign for
his election.
"It's very hard to anticipate, but I think we're going to get a very
strong response," says Henry Kelly, president of the Federation of
American Scientists in Washington, who is working independently from
that organization to spearhead the group. Kelly, who helped put
together a recent letter from 48 Nobel prizewinners endorsing the
Kerry campaign (see Nature 430, 4; 2004), believes that the group of
researchers will be far larger than any ever brought together on
behalf of a presidential candidate.
Kelly has so far secured three Nobel laureates from across the
scientific disciplines to head the group. Harold Varmus, a
geneticist and former director of the National Institutes of Health,
has agreed to co-chair the committee with Mario Molina, an
atmospheric chemist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,
and Burton Richter, a physicist and director emeritus of the
Stanford Linear Accelerator Center in California. Others may join
them.
"I have never trotted out my Nobel prize for a political campaign,"
says Richter. But he says recent allegations that the Bush
administration has manipulated committees and worked to misrepresent
and suppress academic findings have stirred him into action. "Under
Bush, science is being distorted for political ends," he says.
This is not the first time that researchers have lined up behind a
presidential candidate. Most recently, a 1992 group calling itself
Scientists and Engineers for Clinton/Gore brought together more than
60 researchers, including 12 Nobel laureates, to endorse the then
presidential hopeful. But that group met with only modest success,
organizing relatively few events and meeting only once with a
high-ranking member of the campaign - Al Gore, who was then the
vice-presidential candidate.
Lewis Branscomb, a professor of public policy at Harvard University
who has advised both Democratic and Republican administrations on
scientific issues, says he is sceptical as to whether the new group
will have an impact on the election this November. "I doubt it will
amount to much," he says. Despite signing a statement by the Union
of Concerned Scientists denouncing the Bush administration's
treatment of science, Branscomb says he is unlikely to join the
Kerry group.
Impact factor
David Leiter, who spent six years as Kerry's chief of staff and is
currently helping in his campaign, says he is hopeful that the group
will have a real impact. "The Bush administration is disinvested in
science and R&D and who better to bring that to the public's
attention than scientists and engineers," he says.
Already, science has taken an unusually high profile in the Kerry
campaign. Kerry's wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry, mentioned the Hubble
Space Telescope and the Cassini mission to Saturn in her speech at
the Democratic National Convention last week.
And stem-cell research has emerged as a particularly hot issue. In
his speech officially accepting his nomination as the Democrat
candidate last week, Kerry asked: "What if we have a president who
believes in science, so we can unleash the wonders of discovery like
stem-cell research to treat illness and save millions of lives?" Ron
Reagan, the son of two-term Republican president Ronald Reagan,
spoke at length during the convention about the promise of stem
cells and criticized Bush's policies, which limit the number of cell
lines available for federally funded research.
No firm date has been set for the launch of the scientists' group,
but Kelly is optimistic that it will be up and running this month.

I my experiance most people who produce wealth or want to produce
wealth
are conservative, and those who want to live off the fat of the land
or
liberal.
Robert Miller
Liberals think not their heads but with their hearts. An organ
wholly
unsuited for the task.
So you have some researchers who are looking for grant money and believe
they will get more grant money from a Kerry Administration.
You really are a one-sided phony moron. I didn't even bother reading the
rest. You are just way too stupid.
Alric
What else was I supposed to understand for their reason to support Kerry?
Or
why they were dissatisfied.
Kerry is only a slightly poorer choice than the current President. In that
he is a
confirmed liar is his own words and testimony before the American people and
the
United States Congress.
Kerry has said he was, and he was not in Cambodia. Now his staff is working
overtime to discredit his critics rather than to explaine wheather or not he
was in
Cambodia.
On March 27, 1986, Kerry told his fellow senators: "I remember Christmas of
1968, sitting on a gunboat in Cambodia. I remember what it was like to be
shot
at by the Vietnamese and the Khmer Rouge and Cambodians, and the President
of the United States telling the American people that I was not there, the
troops
were not in Cambodia.
"I have that memory, which is seared - seared - in me."
Here's the problem: Kerry's commanding officers and some of his crew members
reportedly deny that he was in Cambodia on Christmas 1968. They say he was
stationed near the town of Sa Dec, 55 miles from the Cambodian border.
Robert Miller
The American people always get the President we deserve!

Not true. He SEEMS to have a grasp of the American political situation

Neil Bortz is just one of the newest gabbers, and he makes about as much

some of the columns, and it's the same stupid liberal bashing, a lot of
which you repeat here. You know nothing because you listen to
know-nothings.
It is possible to be a collage graduate and not get educated! For example
I'm not talking about education degrees. One of the most worthless and
easiest
degrees to obtain. I've known many educators that have never had to

I learned a lot from this paragraph above. First, I agree with the remark
about college graduates: You can get a college degree and not be educated.
You can also be educated without a college degree. You're an example of a
person who's achieved a PROFESSIONAL degree, so you think you're educated
because you now have something to offer the job market. But you're so
entrenched in the system, and too stupid to question what it's all about, to

other. Even your comments about educators is just a trite saying. Most
educators, and this definitely applies to educators on the college level,
are well read, and they use what they read to hone their thinking.
The second thing I learned was, private schools aren't that good. It's what
the individual brings to it that matters. And you didn't bring much to it,
I see, or take much away from it. I know your remark was intended to
impress me, but only one thing can impress me, and that's what you say right
here.
And if you look at the other maroon who entered this thread, with his
comments about the level of education of conservatives, and see what's in
evidence by his writing, and if you're truly educated enough, you'll see
that I now have TWO examples that prove the very opposite of the argument
they're trying to make. And do either of you have the education or
intelligence to put together anything nearly as sophisticated as what I just
said?
Most of the collage graduates I know have degree's in engineering, math,
science, and finance. These people generally produce wealth.
There are many collage subjects that do not teach how to produce wealth,
but
spend it, or spend someone else's wealth if not down right take it from
them.
These people you extoll don't produce wealth. They work for corporations
and become cogs. They're not your lower-paid cogs, but they're cogs
nonetheless. You're just an arrogant puffed-up cog, because you get paid
better than other cogs. But you're just a cog with an inflated ego, and a
mind full of silly clichés. And the other thing you said -- about people
possessing degrees different than your own, people possessing degrees in
education -- that's just another example of the stupid talk-radio-styled
things you say.
I my experiance most people who produce wealth or want to produce wealth

Just another stupid comment about liberals and liberalism. You can barely
cobble together a single original sentence. You're just plain stupid, dude.
Just plain stupid. You really are. The worse thing that ever happened to
you was getting a degree. You're now just plain egotistical, and therefore
doomed to be stupid the rest of your life, more concerned with stroking your
own ego than learning anything. You're not a conservative. You're stupid.
I'm doing you a favor by saying this.
Liberals think not their heads but with their hearts. An organ wholly
unsuited for the task.
This is another cliché right out of the right-wing manual. It's a way of
dismissing liberals and liberalism by demeaning the processes by which
liberals reach their conclusions. I've heard it a thousand times, said
almost exactly like you said it. YOU guys are the ones not thinking. YOU
are the ones with ideas coming from the basest of emotions while possessing
egos the size of cows. You're like sheep. Or monkeys. One of your
influential talk-show personalities says a thing, and the next thing you

not have the

I agree with the views of the above. It's not that I haven't read or
studied this issues, it's that the image he describes is the same view
me and all my friends have of liberals.
MAYBE IT'S YOUR PROBLEM BY EXPOSING SUCH AN IMAGE.
Most people I know that are liberal, are ashamed of admitting they are,
since it has a very bad connotation. More people admit they are
conservatives than liberal.
My biggest problem with liberals is they act to much like socialist and
want more government and look to others to solve their problems.
Just my opinion, but liberals will NEVER be in control, they can't be
trusted.
If I'm wrong, they you have a lot of work to do.

Most of the Republicans I know are uneducated men. Most college

If you're the image of the "educated conservative," then let's take apart
this piece of work you supplied as evidence. First, you can't write at all.
Your use of English a atrocious. We're not talking typos, either. We're
talking about command of the language.
Second, you moron, you should get out more. Liberalism is the salient
ideology in most of the civilized world. Liberals here just want the same
things that other civilized countries have established by law for its
citizens, and those rights are liberal-based.
As for your comment that liberals can't be trusted, that's just a plain
stupid opinion on your part, and it's because you're a moron. You really
are. YOU can't be trusted because you make far too many sweeping
statements. You're simply poorly educated. It doesn't mean you didn't go
through the motions. You might have even gone to college. You just didn't
bother to become truly educated. You're like the other guy in this thread
with whom you're siding. Everything you said about liberalism came straight
out of the talk-radio mentality. It's the same tired clichés. Why don't
you refrain from such statements -- for example, that liberals "look to
others to solve their problems" -- and talk directly to liberals, then
listen carefully. You might learn something. Even if liberalism sides with
socialism, what's wrong with socialism? That you just assume socialism is
wrong shows you're uneducated. Your reaction to it is knee-jerk. You
should learn more what it's about before you dismiss it. "Socialism" is one
of those words that trigger an emotional response from you instead of a
reasonable debate.

I shall call a distinction between the Democrat Party and the

who
seem to be in the majority in that party. The Democrat Party is a
collection of
factions. More so than the Republican Party. There are the old

If I were a Journalist a perfect command of the English language would be
much more important than for a Carpenter / Computer technician / Factory
worker.
My English teacher at DeVry told the class that it was very difficult to
find
technical type of people who were good writers. Those abilities use
different
sides of the brain. Most brains have one side or the other better
developed.
I'll bet if I were to get you in a cabinet shop and we were to build from
drawings identical cabinets, we might find that you don't have as great a
command over your own hands.
A writer may write up a piece of work, but without people talented in
working
with their hands, he would not have a comfortable home, nice things in his

Correct me if I'm wrong but does not a moron someone with an I.Q. of about
45 or someone incapable of learning?
When this country was founded it was founded on the concept of "Liberty"
that a person was pretty much free to do as he pleased so long as he did
not infringe on the liberties or rights of his neighbor. Most other nations
were
Monarchies that devolved into Democracies. Which is one of the worst forms
of government devised. As a form of government facism is a more successful
form of government than a democracy. Which literally means mob rule.
A lynch mob is democracy in action. There are no individual rights in a
democracy. Only group rights, just as there is no individual responcibility
in a
democracy, but group responcibilities.
If you want a nation governed by the rule of law, you want a Republic.
Unfortunately for us in Ameica the Republic ceased to exist in 1860 when the

various court cases, and go to the Federal Repository at Emory U. and look
up
the legislation I'm curious about. Am I educating myself or should I listen
to come
collage proffessor tell me what they mean?
My curiosities were on the history of Banking in the United States and
Europe,
and the history of the Laws in the United States. But I also found that I
had to
study the history of the English language to understand how the Law was
changed
by merely redefining some English words.
Do a Google search sometime in under the groups tab with the search words as
Liberty to Travel. It makes for some interesting reading that I've
published. I've had
some very interesting results. Let's just say I seldom get ticketed and
even more
seldom end up paying any fines.

I bet you'd be wrong. While it is true that most people who pursue
technical degrees can't spell "technical degree," I understand the value you
they provide. However, the command of language provides access to creative
thought and logic and reason. The German language is very sophisticated.
The mystery of the Greek genius is still unanswered today, but they had a
language that surpassed all others at the time. This idea that people are
one or the other is true, but not in all cases. Some can do both. I can't
stand math, but I love philosophy and literature and poetry. This provides
me with the ability to perceive subtleties. This is why you can't get away
with your faulty logic with me. I can SEE you. I can DESCRIBE you. I can
COMPARE you with what I've seen before. For instance, in another post, when
you said you never heard any right-wing loon radio host sat that liberls
think with their emotions, I knew immediately that it was an outright lie.
Whatever you say from here on, I know you're at least a liar. That much I
know, beyond a shadow of a doubt. How do I know it? I know it because as a
liberal -- who knows a lot of other liberals -- I know it's not true. It's
not a notion. It's a fact. Since it is not true, it is therefore not
observable. Therefore, you could not have observed it. And considering the
command of language you have, you couldn't have cobbled together such a
thought on your own, based on something you couldn't have observed. It had
to be something you heard.
Now, there are SOME liberals who are no doubt emotional, just as there is a
lot of emotional right-wing conservatives. And let's face it, the 90s was a
very emotional time for conservatives. Their hatred of Clinton, for no
clear reason, was almost palpable. He wasn't doing anything TO
conservatives. He wasn't causing wars or causing anyone's lives to be
altered in any significant way. But if I were to say "Conservatives think
with their emotions," I'd be wrong. The truth is, SOME conservatives think
with their emotions. YOU don't seem to have this ability, the one I have,
to spot the subtle differences in how various people present an idea. You
claim to be so rational, but you seem not rational at all. Rationale
depends on independent thinking, and all I see you doing is repeating a lot
of clichés right out of the right-wing loon manual. Meanwhile, I'm saying
things you can't posssibly conceive in your own imagination. You just don't
have what it takes. You don't have that creative mind, the mind that can
put together something from this and that, and express it in a fresh,
logical way. Instead, you fall back on your clichés and lie about where
you got your words.
A writer may write up a piece of work, but without people talented in
working
with their hands, he would not have a comfortable home, nice things in his
home, not car to drive or mechanic to fix his car when it broke down.
Ideas are communicated by language, and a language has to be sophisticated
enough to express it precisely. Civilization is more than just people
working with their hands. It's a collection of all of those things, working
together. You're trying to place greater value on one thing over another.
I might have strong command of language, another some other skill. The key
to a moral social order is to value each for its true value, instead of
trying to diminish the value of one person's contribution through
competition.
Second, you moron, you should get out more. Liberalism is the salient
ideology in most of the civilized world. Liberals here just want the
same
things that other civilized countries have established by law for its
citizens, and those rights are liberal-based.
I'll bet you think calling people names, builds yourself up in some

Correct me if I'm wrong but does not a moron someone with an I.Q. of about

It doesn't build me up. It's puts you in your place. You're the one who's
all puffed up about who he is, full of himself and full of facile ideas
about his own positions, denying his polemical bias, while totally denying
the plausability of liberalism. Dude, you're so common right now, it's
comical. Your views are expressed everywhere, from country music to talk
radio. It's junk, all of it.
When this country was founded it was founded on the concept of "Liberty"
that a person was pretty much free to do as he pleased so long as he did
not infringe on the liberties or rights of his neighbor. Most other

This was interesting. Really it was. But your conclusions are debatable.
It sounds like you have an idea of how it should have turned out. As far as
I can tell, we still live under a republic. Nothing about how we're
represented has changed, as far as I can tell.
They had this concept of truely educated in the Soviet Union. A person

Because maybe that college professor spent a lot more time studying them
than you did, and he might know a thing or two. From what I've seen of your
critical skills, I'm not sure I could trust your interpretation of things.
You sound really silly a lot of times. Your ideas are trite, especially
when it comes to liberalism.
