Psalm 105: 16-21. 3-9-2007. |
God's Fidelity To The Promise.
Then he called down a famine on the land, destroyed the grain that
sustained them.
He had sent a man ahead of them, Joseph, sold as a slave.
They shackled his feet with chains; collared his neck in iron,
Till his prediction came to pass, and the word of the Lord proved him
true.
The king sent and released him; the ruler of peoples set him free.
He made him lord over his palace, ruler over all his possessions.

Yup. You can always count on YHWH to keep his promises.

Wow. That's certainly impressive. One freed slave. Omnipotence
sure is amazing.
As long as your deity is showing off, then perhaps he can do
something about the other 27 million slaves on the planet.

Psalm 88:13-18 3-9-2007
God's Fidelity To The Promise
God's Infidelity To The Promise
But unto thee have I cried, O Lord; and in the morning shall my
prayer prevent thee.
Lord, why castest thou off my soul? why hidest thou thy face from
me?
I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up: while I suffer
thy terrors I am distracted.
Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off.
They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about
together.
Lover and friend hast thou put far from me, and mine acquaintance
into darkness.

Evidence for this?

Evidence?
