Will Jeb Bush get all the Federal aid he's seeking?

I know in NY when there was an Ice Storm <a few years ago> that nearly
crippled the area effected, getting Federal aid was like pulling teeth.
FEMA was involved and they too were just as bad. If not for he help of
the Army National Guard,those stranded/affected by the Ice Storm, would
have either froze to death or starved.

Will there be less political BS since Jeb is family to GWB?

It's a tragic/sad day in this Country when politics is more important
than human lives. There's no doubt Jeb will get everything he requests
and more. Will the Carolinas, if the storm/hurricane causes major
damage?
