the radar of the American foreign policy analysts.

So, what kind of a "clear and independent policy on Belarus" could the
Bush administration presumably formulate in the immediate future?
Given the upcoming elections, could the upcoming administration
inherit it? Is there a real chance that the embarrassing link with
Iraq might turn out to be the last, lethal stigma signaling the end of
Lukashenko's régime?
