Under City of Boulder Ordinance, a landlord may not discriminate
Since the house in question is not located in the City of Boulder,
I don't see how a Boulder ordinance is particularly relevant.
Spamming Sammy thinks his Boulder City Council is "god" and has
the trans-jurisdictional omnipotence of Bu$h's Neo-Gestapo..

The Fair Housing Act declares a national policy of fair housing
throughout the United States. The law makes illegal any discrimination
in the sale, lease or rental of housing, or making housing otherwise
unavailable, because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial
status, or national origin.
Nothing there about stupidity, ignorance, perversion or prevarication, eh?

Here's a sample of the types of conduct prohibited by Federal fair
housing laws regarding rentals.
Refusing to rent a place to live to anyone because of race, color,
religion, sex, handicap, familial status (how many kids you have), or
national origin (the country of your birth). In Colorado, that list is
expanded to include anyone because of creed (people who don't belong
to a recognized religion),
People who "don't" belong?
marital status (people married, single,
divorced, or living together), or ancestry (people who's family roots
extend to a nation other than the United states (i.e., all of us).
these categories of people are called, "protected classes". As you can
see, all of us belong to one or more protected classes.
Yep, though only an ignoramus lowlife like you would conflate
the issues. Only if the discrimination is because of one of the protected
classes would it be illegal. Discriminating against someone for other reasons,
whether or not the person also belongs to a protected class, is no illegal.
No renting for fat, stupid people is legal, that the fat stupid people happen
to be christian is irrelevant.
Not renting to stupid, ignorant, perverted liars is legal, that they happen to
be religious morons is co-incidental.

Idiot Sammy thinks that if the Lawyer is also a "christian", then
a landlord can't discriminate against them for reasons other than
their religion (or other protected elements).
Then again Sammy the Village Idiot is ignorant enough to claim
that the U$A was founded upon christianity.

There are plenty of people of faith who do not subscribe to a given

No Luthy, it's mucho illegal.

Not to someone who announced a "no fundies" bias in public....
Not renting to stupid, ignorant, perverted liars is legal, that they happen to

Unless the renter has a history of stating his unwillingness to rent
to "fundies" in a public forum.
Might be time for the "no archive " option poxie...
