A preschooler will tell you this. Because even a chair, or
a rock on the ground can be qualified as weapon, when
used with intent to hurt, - or to destroy somebody's life....
You have gone with it too far ahead with this, however,
because in order for a car to be qualified as a weapon,
it has to be used as a weapon, - i.e. with such intention...
The drunk driver did not use his car with intention to kill
when he clipped pigs car. However, a pig took the law
into his own hands when shot the victim 5 times in cold
blood, and killing him at the scene of the accident. This
is not the proper procedure in dealing with drunk driver,
even for a pig with a gun, who saw his car was clipped
wile parked outside without anybody in it....
Besides, the pig was off duty, and should've called 911,
instead of acting as vigilantes, and then lying to the jury....
