Greetings people of earth:

I am visiting your planet on vacation. I hear so much about a creature
you earthlings call 'God'. Who or what is this creature? Where can I go
to see this entity? Is it dangerous? Is it truly 'invisible'? Please,
I'd like to know more about this creature. And, please, report only the
truth about this form of life. It turned out that this creature you
earthlings call 'Bigfoot' was a fabrication. I have only a short time
remaining. My vacation will soon be over. So haste in this matter is of
the utmost importance.

(I can't wait to report back to my fellow Martians. They are going to be
shocked right out of their *yydt5NDS1'SS'* when they hear *this* one!)

Stay away. Contrary to popular beliefe earth is not "harmless" or "mostly
harmless". The Humans that inhabit earth are blood thirsty malevolent
creatures that will kill you and then cut up your remains for
experimentation puroses.

Stay away, you have been warned.

My, my. Thanks for the warning. It isn't these creatures you earthlings call
'Christians' that I should be particularly fearful of, would it? In my brief
analysis of this creature you earthlings call 'God', I find that he is
nowhere to be found. My scanner picks up absolutely nothing in regards to
what I've been told about this elusive creature. Are you sure he actually
exists? Has he left our galaxy?
In light of what I *have* been able to discover about this life form, he
appears to be nothing more than one of your earthling's vivid imagination --
and artificially 'created' thousands of your earth years ago. The now
discredited 'Bigfoot' had more 'evidence' for *his* existence than this
'God' many of you earthlings worship and adore, does! For the twelve lives
of me, I cannot understand such adoration for a creature who is 'missing in
action' -- to use one of your earthly expressions.
Please, I implore you! Convince me with all the available evidence that you
earthlings have at your disposal that this 'God' of yours truly exists. I
don't want to return to Mars with Caedesian 'egg' all over my face. How
embarrassing to have to report that this 'God' creature is just another in a
long line of earthly 'hoaxes'. I was so much looking forward to a couple of
you earthlings providing me with incontrovertible proof that this 'God' you
say exists, is 'real'.
In the meantime, I am going to heed your cautionary advice and keep my
Zirlicon (bought exclusively at 'Imp*6%125h' stores throughout the galaxy)
deflector shield up and running!
I am awaiting this earthly 'evidence' of yours. I trust it will not be
'forged' in any way.

My, my. Thanks for the warning. It isn't these creatures you earthlings call
'Christians' that I should be particularly fearful of, would it?

Christians are particularly dangerous. Beware of anyone who bears a
cross or a fish, or says "Jesus" a lot.

In my brief analysis of this creature you earthlings call 'God', I find
that he is nowhere to be found. My scanner picks up absolutely nothing
in regards to what I've been told about this elusive creature. Are
you sure he actually exists? Has he left our galaxy?

The Christian definition of 'God' posits him to be totally undetectable
by any means, period. The Christians 'detect' him by suspending their
critical faculties and simply pretending that he exists, while somehow
failing to become aware that they are pretending or that their
critical faculties have in fact been suspended. This is evident
in discourse with Christians such as Duke. Though atheists in this
forum are used to intelligent people and find Duke to be exceedingly
dense, my own experience teaches me that most Christians refuse
to think critically about God, just as Duke does. Ordinarily
intelligent people become complete retards whenever the question
of God's existence comes up. Fallacies they'd normally spot a mile
away slip by undetected, even when said fallacies are pointed out.
It seems perfectly reasonable to many Christians to forcibly prevent
scientists from publishing conclusions that contradict Christian
legends. Hence the belief that force can be used to get the
"Intelligent Design" legend to be accepted by scientists as a
real scientific theory.
And yet, though they don't seem to be aware that their brains
are switching off, they nonetheless have a name for this
switching-off of the brain: "Faith." This suggests that
they are aware on _some_ level that they are only imagining
God, but it seems like a very limited awareness, obscured
further with more faith.
Beware also of Muslims and Jews, situated primarily on the opposite side
of the globe from the largest Christian population. They also believe in
God, but they believe in different legends surrounding him. Since they
reject logic and reason as guides, Christians, Muslims, and Jews resort
to bloody wars to settle the question of which set of legends is the
'right' one ('if any' never crosses their minds). Bullets and bombs,
rather than facts, will determine the ultimate winner. Each faction
of God-believers thinks that their belief-system will eventually
dominate the entire planet. By force if necessary. It's believed to
be what God wants.

In light of what I *have* been able to discover about this life form, he
appears to be nothing more than one of your earthling's vivid imagination --
and artificially 'created' thousands of your earth years ago. The now

'God' many of you earthlings worship and adore, does! For the twelve lives
of me, I cannot understand such adoration for a creature who is 'missing in
action' -- to use one of your earthly expressions.

This would be an interesting area of research. We humans don't understand
ourselves how the God-believers among us manage to not realize that
they're only imagining God to exist.

Please, I implore you! Convince me with all the available evidence that you
earthlings have at your disposal that this 'God' of yours truly exists. I
don't want to return to Mars with Caedesian 'egg' all over my face. How
embarrassing to have to report that this 'God' creature is just another in a

you earthlings providing me with incontrovertible proof that this 'God' you
say exists, is 'real'.

Here is your proof: ""
I am afraid that God is just a hoax. But unlike Bigfoot, he's a dangerous
hoax, because of the fact that so many believers think that nonbelievers
should be forced to believe and worship, and that they should be killed
if they will not believe. If humans ever walk on Mars, I fear for any there
who refuse to at least pretend to believe in God.
