that language is defined and is enforced. It is only valid so long as
there are people, organizations, etc willing to make the government abide
by those words
The nature of government or institutions in general is to place itself

Good heavens. You don't get constitutional rights unless people are
willing to constantly sue when they are being infringed by the
powerful. The ACLU will jump up and protect anyone - even ungrateful
idiots like this one. Even Rush Limbaugh was protected and who is
the most ungrateful idiot of them all.
So this idiot doesn't know how it works. Now he should and he should
apologize to the ACLU.
