ACLU, teachers sue to block Pledge of Allegiance
rule. The American Civil Liberties Union filed a
federal lawsuit today seeking to throw out a new
Colorado law requiring teachers and students to say
the Pledge of Allegiance.
A real pledge of allegiance should be voluntary, requiring it by law
is both stupid and un-American and such a law ain't worth a bucket of
warm spit. The idea of passing such a law is enough to make a maggot
puke.
