Apparently in the past any holy site/shrine/temple/church becomes a
Muslim holy site as soon as they gain control over a country. They
tear down any offending structure currently on the site and erect a
Mosque. Thousands of Mosques around the world are built on the ruins
of other religions temples. Heck even the Kaba the Muslims most holy
site was originally a pagan temple.

Neat trick how Mohammed rationalilzed that takeover. The original
temple had many gods with just Allah being one of them. Mohammed
started denegrading all the other gods so his own tribe kicked him out
of their place of worship. This really pissed him off so he created
a surah, I mean Allah created a surah, that said that persecution is
worse than slaughter.

'Quran 2:191 And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of
the places whence they drove you out, for persecution is worse than
slaughter And fight not with them at the Inviolable Place of Worship
until they first attack you there, but if they attack you (there) then
slay them. Such is the reward of disbelievers. "

Notice the "persecution is worse than slaughter" part.

Just imagine if Charles Manson had decided that the Sistine Chapel was
his holiest site and required everyone to worship only Jesus, and not
Mary or the Holy Ghost. Then insisted on giving sermons there and
when thrown out told his cult members that being thrown out of his most
holy site was "persecution" and that the actual owners of the Sistine
Chapel should be slaughtered in the eyes of Jesus.

It already sounds insane just talking about Allah speaking in your ear
through an angel but what is so much worse is the philosophical system
taught by Mohammed. It's doesn't even count as an ethical system
because it is basically rules set down by a madman. It's totally one
sided and twists every issue so that the Muslim is right and everyone
else is wrong. So perfectly good rules like don't persecute others
are turned around to mean, don't defend yourself against our trespass
against your religion, and property.

Islam is full of this kind of unethical one sided thinking. For
instance, preventing Muslims from spreading their religion is
considered persecution, as is preventing someone who wants to convert
to Islam from another religion. Now if this were a level playing
field and Muslims understood that good ethical systems must be
reversible then one would expect that Islam would allow other religions
to express their views to Muslims and gain converts. Such is not the
case. In fact, "Once a Muslim always a Muslim" is the rule, with a
death penalty to enforce it. Furthermore, Islam does not allow for
other religions to speak freely.

Their are all sorts of other double standards like not allowing
Non-Muslims to oversee Muslims, counting Non-Muslim testamony as lesser
than Muslim, etc.

In fact, in most Muslim countries the non-Muslims are in a constant
state of persecution and have been since the origination of Islam.
Not only is this persecution de-Jure and carried out by the local
governments but it is also de-Facto because the locals persecute anyone
who is not Muslim. They consider them unclean and lesser evil
beings, akin to feces, pigs, and other Naja. Look up on the
internet and you will see the kind of contempt regular Muslims have for
non-Muslims in their own countries. People who are supposedly under
their "protection". Yeah, protection like the slaves of the old
south were under the protection of their masters. Look up the name
"Nasir Ashraf". He's a Christian Pakistani stone mason who was
beaten to death by a crowd of Muslims for merely drinking out of public
fountain using a glass left there for use by everyone. Everyone except
non-Muslims that is.

I've read the Koran and some of the Hadiths and Islam is the most
intolerant violent religion around. It even has Christianity beat
in that regard. The only glad thing to say about it is that Islam is
so intolerant that they are at each others throats all the time.
They have spent so much time killing each other they don't have time to
build strong economies and scientific communities.
