The internet is abuzz over a leaked memo quoted yesterday by the London
Mirror alleging that President Bush told British Prime Minister Tony Blair

If those quotation marks are intended to suggest a quotation of Bush, I'd
guess it's BS. Bush wouldn't use that language. It might be a quote of
someone else- just *who* is quoted is kind of relevent.
