It should also be obvious that G-d created Satan, and that G-d must have
created evil. To assume that G-d did not create evil is to assume that
something else did, which limits G-d, and is therefore pagan.
So either Pastor Frank embraces paganism by limiting G-d, or he accepts
that G-d created evil.

Two things:
1. It is said that the Anti-Christ and false prophets will do that as well.
2. Jesus taught from the Old Testament. The New Testament didn't yet exist.
However wherever the Christ of
the NT Bible is mentioned Satan's minions are waiting in ambush to snipe and
criticize, and that is to be expected, for that is their role in life.
Two things:
1. There isn't any mention whatsoever of any "minions" in the Bible.
2. The book of Genesis clearly refutes your statement.
Because Satan is a liar and the father of all lies, he is most keen on
preaching that he doesn't exist.

1. Preaching that Satan exists and has some "power" violates the First Commandment
in the Book of the Covenant.
2. Trying to convert people to believe in Satan is by definition worshipping Satan.

1. You haven't any substantiating evidence to say what i specialize in one way or the
