OK. So Athiests are dangerous to Christian society. So what?
Christians are dangerous to secular society, atheist society, Muslim
society, Budhist Society, Jewish society, Hindu society, etc. Fortunately,
we have a /secular/ government that allows all these religions and religion
substitutes fight it out among themselves for each separate soul.
The Spanish Empire failed to a large extent because Philip II and his
progeny were more interested in spreading the Catholic religion than they
were in building their Empire. Governments which try to enforce a religion
/will/ fail as governments. The two sets of goals cannot be effectively
mixed.

Christianity is essentially a 'dog religion', it's the pacify and
stupify the masses, make them learn that 'wanting less is good', and
to help them deal with being punched in the face and such.

faith is all the losers you get associated with. People who get on TV or on
a podium and proclaim their faith are usually big assholes. Neither Clinton,
Bush, Reagan, or Bush ever impressed me when they talked about their faith.
