No, as you would have known if you'd actually *read* the post
instead of just responding in Pavlovian fashion the moment you
saw the Jafo byline. These people aren't "buy[ing] a house
now" at all. They bought a long time ago, and their house
isn't worth any more now than it was then... unless they put
it on the market.
