Re: Bernie Ward takes on fake atheists |

Having spent 2 years as a radio talkshow host myself and 10 years in
the radio/TV business overall in various capacities, I can tell you
that talkshow hosts have no need to use fake callers in order to get
weird stuff to put on the air.
Well then perhaps the people calling in to God Talk and
putting forth poor arguments that no atheist would bother with
were in fact theists, pretending to be atheists and putting
forth shoddy arguments in order to make science and non-belief
in gods seem irrational and stupid. ...Which the host played
along with happily.
I wouldn't put it past hard-core theists. Their religion-psychosis
causes them to go to bizarre lengths to do what they think
is serving their agenda.

Uh...there is plenty of proof that "God" doesn't exist, but scant
proof that he/she/it does. If there was a "God" out there watching
over us, why did He allow the World Trade Center to be attacked and
over 3,000 innocent people killed? That's a "God" I want no part of.
Myself, I suscribe to the Buddhist notion of "God", that we are all
collectively part of the Godhead, and that together we create and
operate this universe.
