The actual numbers are probably quite a bit lower for black soldiers
than for white soldiers, but the ratio of soldiers killed to soldiers
for each group might enlighten some people, as would the number of
soldiers killed to total population for each group.

Only in the Army and they were in when the war started - war time
enlistments among minorities has always been quite low.

That is not true of all minorities. Native Americans have
historically had enlistment rates that are quite out of proportion to
their numbers in the general population.

They never have been much on patriotism regardless of the nature of
the war.

Who's "they"? Blacks? Latinos? Asian-Americans? You certainly
can't include Native Americans in your "they," because their service

Or they're just smarter than the white cannon fodder.

They wouldn't have such a high felony rate per capita if they were.

The educated ones are getting on with their careers and inner city ones
still have a problem when they join the military with the command "Get
Down."
