:|What government power is behind Pat Robertson, the ACLJ, or Jerry
:|Falwell?

Do you really lack the knowledge and understandings to know who and what
those people are?
Can we say religion?
Pat Robertson an ex minister (he resigned when he ran for prez) he runs
CBN, Regent University, founded the Christian Coalition, founded the ACLJ,
has tax exempt status in some areas
Jerry Falwell, minister head of the defunct moral majority still trying
to be a player in the radical religious right
Can we read and comprehend this
The Rise of the Theocratic States of America

It's all there, all you need to know.

:| Yet, they are the subject of many of his attacks. He is
:|either pushing his politics in religious groups, or his is pushing his
:|religious views in politics.

They are newsgroups, son. Can you say newsgroups?
They are not religions they are not churches.
They are un moderated, open to the public newsgroups on UseNet.
I know, that is hard for you to grasp, but that is what they are.
By virtute of my paying my nickel, my paying my dime, I have every right to
post there, same as you do.
In this modern day and age in this country church state topics are hot
topics, in the news topics and every single newsgroup I post to is a
proper newsgroup for that topic.

:| He is pushing both in education.

Do you have even the foggiest understanding that much of church state is a
battle over trying to control the schools, trying to control what students
are taught. That the theocrats spending millions, each year on schemes to
get religion back into the public schools?
Or is that beyond you as well.

:| Are you
:|telling me that you advocate crossing those barriers?

There are no barriers between the church state topic and the newsgroups I
post to.
Church state fits into history, education, politics, religion, non religion
as in atheists. Republicans, Democrats, libertarians, independents,
moderates, conservatives, liberals.
It is the one topic that probably is related to some degree to a huge
number of newsgroups far more than the 7 or 8 I usually post to.
it just bugs the hell out of you that I do it, too bad, get over it LOL

:| If a Christian
:|was doing it, you would have no problem with it?

I don't have a problem with anything you do
Frankly moron, I don't give a damn.
(Just a tiny paraphrasing of Clark Gable there hehehe )

.. . . You can't understand a phrase such as "Congress shall make no law
respecting an establishment of religion" by syllogistic reasoning. Words
take their meaning from social as well as textual contexts, which is why "a
page of history is worth a volume of logic." New York Trust Co. v. Eisner,
