Why some budget cuts get less attention
By David R. Francis
Future cuts in federal aid for the poor look even worse. President
Bush's budget for 2006 would reduce spending on early childhood
education and child care, home energy assistance and rental assistance,
and nutrition assistance to pregnant women, infants, and young
children, Washington experts say.
And yet... the budget deficit rages on at all-time highs.

Bush has to make these cuts to help pay for his huge tax breaks for his
wealthy supporters.

Yeah, Like those wealthy supporters in the 15% bracket who are now in the
10% Bracket?
Fact: Anyone who pays Income tax got lower tax percentage. They are "Rich"
in the eyes of the liberal elite.

It's for the greater good of Halliburton, KBR, and others including
administration stock portfolios.

That'll happen when there's more going to military build-up and less is
coming in because tax rates on those who can afford it (the top 1%
richest) get cut and the jobs for the middle class get outsourced - no
revenue coming in.
Then there's the trade imbalance, imminent rising interest rates, and
we (the middle and poor classes) are pretty much fatally fucked.
