The Pearl Harbor attack in 1941 resulted in the incineration of Tokyo,
Hiroshima and Nagasaki and other Japanese cities, with 672,000 Japanese
CIVILIANS killed.
I would say that Bush has used a lot more restraint and forbearance than
either FDR or Truman.
Bush is a war criminal guilty of mass slaughter & torture.
He has turned cites into rubble for oil.
He has no restraint whatsoever.
