Does it work on the LIRR or only on the PATH? Or is only for boy

Arrest made in Tiscali case
As reported by the Wandsworth Borough News:
"Police have arrested a Serbian national following a lengthy
investigation into anti-semitic activities. Gordon Radavich, 51, a
satellite system installer, was arrested at his home in Albert Bridge
Road, Battersea, and charged with various offences under the Public
Order Act (1986) and Computer Misuse Act (1990). Several computers
and a number of foreign passports were removed from the premises for
forensic examination. After a preliminary hearing before Wandsworth
magistrates yesterday he was remanded in custody until 16th August."

I visited NYC last October, and was stunned by the public transit
system. I had no problem finding my way around, the busses and trains
were clean and ran on time, and most of the operators I dealt with
were happy to help a tourist find things.
I did run into one interesting person, a Boy Scout living in a Jewish
foster home wearing a Patriots cap. He told me he was an atheist who
socialized with men.
