The Supreme Court has ruled only once in favor of a voucher proposal.

Good point, I should have said State Supreme Courts have ruled in favor of
every case that I am aware of.

Florida's Supreme Court ruled against Jeb Bush's voucher law (the Blaine
Amendments) just shortly AFTER the USSC handed down the Zelman decision. Both
were ruled on the specifics of the State constitutions, with the language in
Florida's constitution being much more specific regarding governmental funding
of religion than Ohio's.
Again, why did so-called "conservatives" oppose this decision so strongly when
they consider themselves champions of states rights?
