diabetes I have and asthma, it would kill me. My sister has T2 also,

Only GOD can change her heart as HE has changed yours so that she
would know in her heart what you know in your heart that craving
("want to") cigarettes is wonderful because it means you are
definitely not smoking cigarettes. It is the latter that is terribly
bad and not the craving (wanting) !
If you prayerfully ask GOD, in Jesus' name, to change your sister's
heart so that she can choose to quit smoking cigarettes, it is
possible that HE will.
No, it isn't. What is possible is that if she summons the willpower to
give up, dishonest shills for Jeebus like you will claim that's why she
did so.

"With man this is impossible, but with GOD all things are possible."
--- Messiah Jesus Christ (Matthew 19:26)
Which is in the context of a conversation about how to be "born again"
and entering into the Kingdom of Heaven, not about changing some third
party's habits.
Actually, the context is about how difficult it is for a rich man to
give up his wealth (or for anyone to give up what s/he falsely
believes s/he needs) to follow Jesus to go to heaven.
Begin Scripture reading (Matthew 19:23-26):
Then Jesus said to his disciples, "I tell you the truth, it is hard
for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is
easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich
man to enter the kingdom of God."
When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked,
"Who then can be saved?"
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with
God all things are possible."
**end reading**
Amen.
Another example of your constant overreaching and
distorting what the Bible *actually* says and teaches.
Clearly, without the LORD, your opinion is meaningless (Ecclesiastes).

Andrew, in the Holy Spirit, boldly wrote:
If you prayerfully ask GOD, in Jesus' name, to change your sister's
heart so that she can choose to quit smoking cigarettes, it is
possible that HE will.
No, it isn't.

Another example of your constant overreaching and
distorting what the Bible *actually* says and teaches.
Clearly, without the LORD, your opinion is meaningless (Ecclesiastes).
Clearly, with or without the Lord you fail to understand what both you
and I wrote: it was about entering heaven, not about curing tobacco
addiction.
Incorrect. It remains about GOD being omnipotent. HE is just as able
to help folks by curing their tobacco addiction to save their bodies
just as HE is able to help rich folks part with their money to save
their souls.
This simply shows that the Holy Spirit is absolutely right to convict
you:

This shows you have no concept of how God actually works.
Without the LORD, your beliefs are meaningless (Ecclesiastes).
