What the hell is going on when an "illegal" can sue and win? Seems the jury was
loaded with "illegal" lovers. What else would you think, this case was in New
Jersey.
This is such a big deal it was on the news.
First of all, where's a link to a case in question?
Secondly, 250K sounds to me as exaggerated.
Must be deliberately, - for giving a room for an
appeal, which may overturn the award in favor
of defendant, rather than a plaintiff (for a similar
amount). This is a common practice of corrupt
and criminal Judicial System in US.
Thirdly, you didn't tell who is actually an "illegal"
and why do you think they cannot sue and win?
Please bring me a valid argument, without BS....
