Given the arrest of British "undercover" agents in Basra, the arrest of
Blackwater security personnel by the US Marines, and the general chaos
over there... why would it be outlandish to wonder if these stolen
vehicles are making their way into Iraq as part of the DoD efforts to
"provoke a reaction" from terrorists as outlined in Rumsfeld's
SOF-centric doctrine?
They aren't stolen. The bombing is being done by americans and then
blamed on "insurgents".
